Easy to setup -Great plugs!
I bought a set of 4 plugs for Halloween and Christmas deco. They are amazing! I can turn on/off the lights within my mobile, or set a timer to accomplish the same automatically. Best part is that I can switch the lights even if I’m out of my home (work or vacation). I didn’t have any issues setting them up. I’ll buy another set for some lamps. I only wish there were ‘exterior plugs’ available so I can set my garden lights as well.

They support attached to app is false
I loved this plug until I had to change my WiFi password In my house and then it stopped working probably. I have reached out several ways and all I keep getting a run around. When I contacted the app support within the app no response. When I went back to App Store and looked up app and clicked app support next to write a review it takes u to V tac who responses this
We actually don’t fix these it’s a confusion as to why we are attached to the app support...
I am thinking that’s a safe answer. I am going to make it my mission to find out how this will be resolved.

Smart Receptacles
I love these devices! Works well for my Christmas lights, curling iron and communicates with my Alexa devices. So easy to sync with smart system and various programs.
Alright app but can’t change password BUG!!!! PLEASE FIX ASAP
Forgot my password so I went and clicked on the ‘forgot password’ button. Typed in my email which sent me a verification code. Put it in the app and it took me to the reset screen, I thought great! So I type in my new password, whatever I type it just says ‘incorrect email verification code’ (even tried typing the email verification code again but still no luck!) PLEASE FIX AS IM STUCK WITH A VERY BRIGHT PINK LIGHT!

Great app. Hard to read
Enjoying the app but the print is a slight gray and is hard to read. Also wish the app would recognize my device for auto on when I come home.
Changing On/off settings problematic
Generally easy to setup, changing times for on/off settings is frustrating. Initial setup worked fine. Then daylight savings time changed and I reset “on” time to an earlier time. That worked fine, but then I found out that the original “on” time did not get deleted, even though I have deleted it many times. Seems like the old “on/off” settings don’t get properly wiped out even though they don’t appear in the “event schedule” listing. Completely resetting the device doesn’t appear to work.

Overall easy to setup and use
Overall easy to setup and use. It’s perfect when it’s working. Only problem I have is every now and then and for no apparent reason, the schedules I had set up seen to disappear. They are still there and still turn on an off the appliance, but I can’t actually see or view the schedule to modify or delete them. I have to completely remove the plug itself and then re-add it back in. Very frustrating.

Please update for iOS 13 shortcuts so I can quickly turn on and turn off my lights without launching the app
What happened to
What happened to the ability to dim a light switch dimmer before turning it on? I liked being able to select, say my bedroom light, dim it all the way down, then turn it on. Otherwise it could come on full bright or whatever the last setting was. I only have the dimming option after the light is turned on now. 🤷🏽♂️
