Register issues

Not able to register for some reason, the format for my account number isn’t “active” I can only pay on the web? Makes no sense.

Three days no Internet

Have not had consistent Internet and cable TV for three days very poor service to get repairs made in a timely manner you need to be more proactive and fix the issues for your customers.

The service i received from this company was excellent. I needed specific speed and security and they did not disappoint. My only wish is that they were in New York.

Frustrating

The App always shows zero for my balance due. Therefore I can never pay the bill online. I called six months in a row and nothing changed.

Can’t reset

Fairly impossible to reset username or password. It just never e-mails you no matter how many times ya try. Deleted it. Redownloaded. Restarted my phone. It says it e-mails you. But it never shows up in any folder. Very disappointing

I can’t get my new account number on this app so I’m always paying my bill late and no one will or can help I’ve tried to call either they say they did it and they didn’t or they don’t know how
