Keep billing you after cancellation
I downloaded Ninja Number and started a 30 day trial. Within a day, I knew it wasn’t for me. So I tried to cancel via the mobile app: not possible. Then I tried to do it through the desktop site: broken link. Then I hit reply on an email they sent requesting a cancellation. No luck. They continued charging me for over 3 months after I canceled. And then insisting I am at fault. To finally get credit, I am going to pursue a chargeback. What a nightmare of an app and company.

Great product so far
So far so good! Liking the service because I don’t need to rely on internet or WiFi to make calls.
Aweful
App charged my account and expired and I cannot use my number! And it’s now asking for my location when I tried to redownload the app!

Very impressed with all the features and how easy it was to set up. Being a small business -our missed calls (opportunities) has been cut to Zero!! Highly recommended !

Doesn’t work
It doesn’t let me in past log in screen and I’ve already confirmed to do a subscription.
Too many missed calls
I keep getting notifications about calls that never rang, or phone rings once then disconnected before I can answer. Worst voip provider I've trie.
