It’s good but could use improvement

The app is helpful in scheduling showings, but it could use some improvement. I would love to use the calendar syncing, however, it syncs literally everything - including appts you cancelled/denied. Why would I want that on my calendar? I only want confirmed, scheduled appts on my calendar. So that essentially makes that feature useless. Also, I want to block out certain times of the day & apparently only my realtor is able to do it. To me it would make a lot more sense to have this feature available to the person who’s actually showing the house - the homeowner. There are some days we can be available throughout the day & others only in the afternoon/evening, and I don’t want to constantly bug my realtor to block out multiple days for this, or have to keep denying appts because people request times we’re not available for (we have 3 dogs so we need to be there to take care of removing them). The app could definitely be stellar in its use, but just needs to be a little more user friendly.

Hi, We are sorry for the frustration. When you select the Calendar sync option, you can sync all appointments or only the confirmed ones. We are tracking the idea of an in-app calendar to give you more control and will keep you informed. Currently blocking times on your listing is limited to your agent. This is to make sure that they are aware and can assist in making any suggestions to help the process. We are researching the idea of additional features and controls. Just ok

App works ok, sometimes it’s buggy and will close or auto cancel a showing.

The main reason for the 2 stars is that there is no way to hold the showing realtors accountable. Many times realtors will come 45 mins to an hour late without notifying us. Some realtors just don’t have respect and common sense that an occupied home has people stepping out during a showing.

Wish there was a way to either show the Realtors contact info or to rate them. A rating system would definitely ensure that these realtors take showings more seriously and respect other people’s time.

Super convenient

I only wish that we could respond with multiple other time suggestions, and the app would allow the agent to select one of the recommended time slots. Seems like an easy update to enhance this type of functionality…

More Seller control on app

As a seller it would be nice to have more control on the app. I’d like to see up to the minute feedback and not have to wait for my agent to decide when and if to share, buyers names for showings so I’d know who is and has been in my home, a calendar I could adjust myself, and a change in access instructions when needed.

Simple interface with everything you need

As a professional software tester and selling my home I was so impressed. My whole family could easily respond to requests and see the daily calendar so we knew who was coming to our home. It helped me sell my home quickly over list price!

Great app

I’m the home owner and using the app for the first time. It very intuitive and I wil using it over the email and text message options. I would really like to have a minimum appointment duration. Some realtors are booking 15 minute showings which is probably too short to not interfere it’s the next showing.

Pointless

This took over two hours to update and show notifications I could interact with. Meanwhile, I had texts coming in asking me to confirm or decline to the tune of over 40 showing requests. Then, the part that says “tours” shows nothing. I synced my calendar so that’s helpful, but it would be nice if “tours” had a timeline of showings. It’s just blank. What’s the point of this app again? My realtor can schedule showings during agreed-upon hours with me. Idc what times as long as I know when to be gone. Also, I requested technical support and got no response. It’s eight hours later and still no response.

You can configure your notification preferences and review appointment details on the go. The section for Tours will show any appointments that you are invited to by your buyer's agent. Why can’t the seller enter availability?

This app fails at its most basic function. As the seller, we had no way of entering our availability. Given that we’re currently working from home, fitting in showings between meetings takes constant planning. Using this app only added extra work because every time a showing was requested we still had to actively engage the broker.

Hilariously, you can call them to enter available times in the calendar. Really? Call?

Basically the only thing this app needs to do is let the seller have control over scheduling blocks and it doesn’t do that, which means it just adds friction to the process.
