Hi, We are sorry for the frustration. When you select the Calendar sync option, you can sync all appointments or only the confirmed ones. We are tracking the idea of an in-app calendar to give you more control and will keep you informed. Currently blocking times on your listing is limited to your agent. This is to make sure that they are aware and can assist in making any suggestions to help the process. We are researching the idea of additional features and controls. Just ok
The main reason for the 2 stars is that there is no way to hold the showing realtors accountable. Many times realtors will come 45 mins to an hour late without notifying us. Some realtors just don’t have respect and common sense that an occupied home has people stepping out during a showing.
Wish there was a way to either show the Realtors contact info or to rate them. A rating system would definitely ensure that these realtors take showings more seriously and respect other people’s time.

Hi, We are sorry for the frustration. The Home by ShowingTime app is an easy way for you to confirm showings and view feedback. You can always log in to the website to perform the same actions. You can configure your notification preferences and review appointment details on the go. The section for Tours will show any appointments that you are invited to by your buyer's agent. Why can’t the seller enter availability?
Hilariously, you can call them to enter available times in the calendar. Really? Call?
Basically the only thing this app needs to do is let the seller have control over scheduling blocks and it doesn’t do that, which means it just adds friction to the process.
