Game changer
When we sold our house years ago it was so much more time consuming to schedule viewings. With this app, I as the seller can immediately say yes or no to the request of the other agents request to view the home. The agent is allowed to schedule any amount of time they think they need which makes it much easier for me to schedule my day!
I truly don’t know why every real estate agent doesn’t use this app!!!

Great idea, almost great execution
This app worked great for the first several hours. During that time we had listed our home and began receiving numerous requests for showings. I was delighted at how useful, convenient, and easy this app made the process of scheduling the showings.
The following morning I checked the app and I had been logged out. Over the next several hours I had to log in three more times. I just looked and I have been logged out again, no more than 45 minutes after my last login. This is the only issue and why this review is four stars instead of five.

As a former agent selling my home using it...
Really easy to use... I get text + email confirmations so if I forget one method at work the other reminds me 👍🏻 I really appreciate the "end of showing" notification so I can go home since showings inconvenient me if I wasn't at work. I wish showing feedback was more IRL / real-time or within mins of the showing ending, but human nature will always be elusive 🤦🏼♀️

Terrible
All you can do is just ‘yes’ or ‘no’ when you receive a showing request. You can’t write down any note nor ‘communicate’ like counter request for another showing time appointment. When I have to decline a showing request due to time conflict, I couldn’t write down anything and my realtor also didn’t do anything but wait. It looked declined by a seller without any reason. And later, we found that the buyer’s realtor was very angry. And it’s very unreliable. Yesterday, we haven’t received any text. Maybe realtors like this app because it can save their time, but as a seller, I don’t like this app.

Good but not amazing
Something that would make this app amazing would be if the realtors could log in and out so you know they actually came and when they leave so the homeowners know. That way they can return home and not be waiting around to come back if the realtor has already left.
Great app
A great app! For someone not very techie it was easy to install and it is very user friendly. Like to see running list of viewings and the feedback. All at your fingertips. ❤️
Home showing App
We love this app for appointments! We travel a lot and it’s so nice to be able to check periodically to see how things are going and especially love the potential buyer comments.

Useless to the Home Owner
Comments aren’t required for cancellation or rescheduling. People shouldn’t be permitted to cancel within three hours of the scheduled showing unless there are extenuating circumstances, and Home Owners should be able to leave feedback on the people viewing. I’ve had people refuse to adhere to CDC guidelines and insist on wearing dirty shoes and no mask or gloves in my home, cancel 15 minutes before a showing, and block only fifteen minutes and stay for over two hours! Perhaps if modeled like Uber or VRBO where there is mutual feedback by both sides, folks would be more respectful of the hoops we have to go through when getting a home ready to sell. Example: I wouldn’t reschedule for someone if they cancelled on me twice already, etc.

Very user friendly and quick!
It has been 17 years since I sold a house. Technology has changed so much since then. I love how simple and easy to read this app is for the seller. It keeps everything in one place and alerts all parties to keep everyone in the loop. The ease of use for this app removes a few layers of stress during this entire process. If only other stressful areas in life could be this simple!!!

Disastrous app
I seldom if ever review apps but am compelled to comment on how terrible this app performs. It took multiple attempts to download & open. After waiting for several spinning wheels to stop spinning & finally got it to open & logged in, it gave me nothing but a blank white screen. It seems to impair my ability to use other apps already on my system. I could log in online with no problem but this app is much more trouble than its worth and wasted a considerable amount of my time. I would rate it as a zero if it was an option. Save yourself and use the online version only. And Mr. Developer, no need to reply with any self serving response; just fix this monstrosity ASAP.
