I use it everyday and it was easy to learn. It helps me record all the details of the repair in real time so I don’t forget anything I did.
Not user friendly glitchy
This app is confusing to use does not work unless you have good cellular data or WiFi slow refresh times app crashes and gets stuck on loading page and god forbid you don’t have service you will be lost at the job site with no information I do not recommend this app to anyone
Couldn’t do Without it
This app works smoothly; it has never locked down and frozen up. The tech service support is quick and responsive on questions and training and I track everything with it. I’m an appliance repairman and I couldn’t run my business as efficiently as I do without this app.
