As for improvements, I’d prefer to do away with the “ratings” screen at the end of every class. The more feedback you’re forced to give, the less meaningful it becomes. And I would love to see a lot more yoga classes!

Excellent Rowing Experience
Can’t get anything to work

Due to the Leaderboard experience, we can’t have rowers jumping in and out of the class it would impact the experience for everyone. Peloton and other apps function similarly. If you receive a call during your workout, you can pause the class and resume when your done. Or you can put your phone on do not disturb. I hope you give us another try. But if not the free trial will expire on its own. Paid subscriptions must be cancelled on iTunes.

Live class problems

Hi sorry for the inconvenience. If you have the text size on your device set too high (too big), the Start Class button will fall below the fold. Try reducing the font just a little bit. Hope that helps. Update: We redesigned the page and moved the start class button so you shouldn’t run into this issue again.
Stuck “downloading update 0%”

App is unresponsive
I started a free trial in this app last fall. I had to stop working out for medical reasons before the trial finished, but liked the workouts. I expected to be presented with a screen to pay for a subscription when I opened it today, but I wasn’t. The new on boarding flow also didn’t give me an option to subscribe. I’m not sure if my expired trial is related to the app not being responsive, but either way I can’t do anything in this app and can’t subscribe.
