App not reliable
This app was working just fine. However, lately I’m having difficulty in the sense that sometimes you can log in. I have been receiving messages “we are having trouble processing your request. Please try again later”. I have called FCU twice and so far the suggestion to delete amd re-install the app has not fixed the issue. Very disappointing and annoying really.

Long term customer
Been with Freedom for over 25years and they have always been there to help me financing my home and plenty of cars and just the ordinary loan. I always was able to get money and always paid it back….I love freedom Credit Union for always looking out for me 😊
Transfer to external bank
Transfer money to external account has always been problematic but now you have made it so easy. I was done in less than 60 seconds. That is a great progress.
All around good app, however….
You can’t zero out a line of credit. I don’t have the the ability to transfer 1.59 to close the line, I understand that interest is being accrued on the that amount.
Steady as a rock!
I have been with the credit union on more years than I care to count. They are conscientious, they are so particular about everything.

I love the bank been with them for some years but at times the bank tends to not release my money in time or put a hold on my cards without reaching out to me for suspected fraud

I have been a member for 20 plus years! I have nothing but great things to say about Freedom! I am treated with great customer service whether it’s inside of a location or phone. I will be opening an account for my daughter soon!
Great Mobile App
I have been using the mobile for many years and am extremely happy.
Need to be redone as a priority .
The website and APP needs to be overhauled into the 21st century. I use 4 banks and this one by far the worst. It’s difficult to navigate and you have to make a million clicks to get to what you want to do. The aesthetics are dismal as well. Please get this site together and up to bar with some of the other credit unions. Thank you
