This app is a scam. I’ve had problems with the app and they charged me $89 and when I tried to email them I got no reply. There’s no phone number you can call. So no way of canceling this crap.

Put it up front. To use the app you have to pay a subscription. There are other better free solutions out there. Don’t bother with this scam
