Won’t attach photos
Overall a poorly written app. Have to delete and reinstall. Even then the app will not let me attach a photo. Very buggy in my opinion and overly difficult to use.

iPad Screen Orientation Support
To the developer, I use this application in the construction industry to complete audits and inspections among other items such as incident reporting.
I work from an iPad and find it frustrating that the app does not support screen rotation orientation when using iPad Pro with keyboard.
Would be awesome to see you take this up with the coders as we are a major company and need this to work on all platforms not just phones or desktop computers on the web based option
Look at coding the app to allow screen rotation

Crash since last update
Whether it be the app’s last update or the fact I have my iPhone updated to iOS 15, the app crashes immediately after open. Shame.
Hard to use
Hard to use. As others have said the form is way to involved and takes too long to enter a roam observation. Perhaps 2 or 3 fields at most. The rest should be auto filled. When you password changes you have to delete the app. Signing in is complicated too.
Rubbish
Downloaded onto iPad, entered login and PW then presented with “updating forms and data”........followed by the blank blue, well light blue, screen of death.
App doesn’t work
Unfortunate that the app won’t open at all since last update
Poor performance
Crashes often. Slow loading and updating.
Will not open after installing IOS 14.2 on iPad Pro... so annoying fix this!
