Terribly Designed and keeps crashing
This app feels half-finished, like the developers decided to abandon mid-way. It’s functionality should be good extremely simple yet however it proceeds to crash at every opportunity it gets.

‘Updating forms and data’ screen for ages, often gets stuck on this screen indefinitely.

Won’t load on opening
Continues to remain on “updating forms and data” ....
It’s have removed the app and reloaded
Checked both phone and app are up to date but it just does not open at all from this screen after logging in.
Others appear to have app working however have also had the same complaint as my own .

Difficult to use
Very clunky and non responsive, everything takes forever to load and usually times out.

The app does not cover observations and interaction with others very well and is to basic. Needs a lot of work
