Less powerful booster combos 🤔😓
Love your games but c’mon guys the power and intensity of your booster combos are no longer very powerful or go as far. I just finished a game where the rocket and bomb together should’ve wiped out the bottom of the board, especially when there were only three areas of sand left to go. The only thing I can think of is that you have less than the intensity and power and how far they reach because you want us to spend more money, which is what I had to do. I had to spend more gems to get the game done. You also changed the number of boosters that we get on the board once we choose our boosters that we want to use. What happened to your generosity to your long time loyal players or even new players? It just really isn’t cool. And also I get that you want us to know what your offerings are but do they have to come over and over and over and over and over and over as they’re colliding with the end of a game etc. etc. etc. Appreciate your games but just needed to vent today. I have written to G5 for almost a year now about my problem that my app crashes when I try to visit friends, only to get no help. The last I was told was that I may have a ram issue causing this. I have written many times over to explain that I only play this game & that I play on the last est generation fully updated iPad . I have explained that I am a top player & it’s totally unfair to have to give up rewards & loss of my time. This is also unfair to my many friends that I can only gift them & not give them help with visits. I told them I have spent much money on this game & I should be compensated in some way & that is totally ignored. I keep trying to visit my friends in hopes that they will finally fix the issue & I can help my friends & myself in the game. Each month we hold our breath & wait for whatever glitches will pop up. I only must say that the updates for iPads have been quicker in coming out for iPad, but still need help with my problem. I will update when the problem gets fixed. Another thing is the new way Union Events are done are terrible, the old way needing more points & getting better gifts in the chest are more to my liking. I am in the top union & we finish in about 12 hours & that is with slowing down towards the end to try to be sure everyone gets in. The way the events are played now should be for lower rated unions, but not for the top unions. This is too easy for us 🤔😬😬

I enjoy playing the G5 games. The attention to the soundtrack is impressive. You can play for hours and not have to put out any additional money if you don’t want to, although it does make it hard to complete the bonus games/campaigns. The one issue that I have is that in the “Collections” area, there is no way to sort the completed collections to the bottom of the list, or filter them out. If I have completed a collection, I don’t need to keep completing it over & over... or have it show up in the “almost ready” or “4 of 5” group. It would be nice to have the option to not show completed collections. I have at least 5 different G5 games that I am playing at the same time, just so that I always have something to play. Still only 3 stars, would be more, because it is a good game, but your ethics stink. (See below) Plus, I read your response to someone complaining about “game invites” and you said nothing can be done about it! I’m sure that’s not true, since you are the ones who created the games, and have them all connected, so if anyone wants to play a different game, it automatically sends the invites to every one of their “friends”, and the only way to delete them is to either watch yet another horrid ad, or delete the “friend” before clicking on the ad! So, now I know this, I won’t be playing other G5 games.
I also heard you refuse to fix the problems for another week? Really?

I enjoy this game and some of the updates have really improved the regular games. However, one update took away 500 of my rubies. And now, this recent update, took away around 27,000 energy points! Why? Also, get rid of the monsters if they aren’t going to serve anymore purpose than just floating around now. I would give this game a higher rating if my points and rubies wouldn’t just disappear! I despise the pagan creatures now involved in the new event. I’m sure there must be some history attached to this as there have been horrid things roaming around the map since I started playing. But I must really draw the line with cloven hooved mutations (satanic) and half humans. I try playing but the creatures disgust me. I guess I’ll wait the 28 days until a new event starts. I’m already fed up with the game because Philosophers Stones NEVER appear anymore. Yes, yes, I know…they are “purely random”. Please go ahead and believe that, but excuse me when I say that is false information. You can offer all the pop up deals you want, but honestly I don’t want to buy CHEESE. I have all the talismans I need. There is absolutely no substitute for the STONE. I’m so done with you!Show lessTildufbail
More rewards for long time players
Hello, I really enjoy all of your games! Every day, now for three years, I have been playing Jewels of Rome, Jewels of Egypt, wild West, and one of your mah-jongg games. I have become an advanced player but you still challenge me with the abstract games and sometimes it takes me days to figure out the puzzles, but it’s tons of fun! Now that I’ve been playing for three years, I think it would be nice to have different levels of the gem rewards. One gem is not enough for advanced players when they advance to a new level. I have put a lot of money into your games, all four of them in purchasing gems so wouldn’t it be fair to give us better rewards? It is hit and miss whether or not you’re going to get the barrel of crystals that you pay for! I have asked to be refund either the crystals I am owed or a refund for my money for the times I did not get the crystals I paid for. The other reviewer‘s are correct it’s a great game in till you get so far and then if you don’t purchase the barrel of crystals you’re stuck and it takes multiple multiple attempts to pass levels. I am beyond frustrated for not getting the crystals that I pay for and then having them tell me “not eligible for a refund“. I really like the game but wish the customer service would actually check into whether or not the game is providing as what we’re paying for so that they can see they did not provide us what we paid for.I cannot recommend this game! I enjoy this game but in order to play continually you must purchase items. I do not have the money to purchase. If you could win games to move forward it would be much better.
Update.. great game.. however they need to fix the ads glitches. Several of the ads freeze up the game and many times you have to close out the game to unfreeze it. The “Mayor Match” game is impossible to get credit for watching and so is the Sherlock ad. They both freeze up the game and I never get credit for watching those ads. And an FYI to those advertisers…. I WILL NOT GET THE GAME IF YOUR ADS FREEZE UP!! If an ad cannot run properly.. how do you expect a person to have confidence in that game?.Show lessMommabod

This is my favorite game to play, but unless something changes I’m going to have to give it up. I stay frustrated trying to win. I am spending my money on a game I can’t win. I understand that the higher you go the harder the levels are. But it has gotten ridiculous
The monthly events are impossible to win. When you win a level it moves so slowly you can’t even see the gauge move. I have played a long time and spent a lot of money and no matter what I do I can’t win. I really hate to stop playing but I don’t like to play a game I can’t win.Show lessSandpiper02
Great game!
so much to like about this game. easy to start, then gets progressively harder. i’ve made a point to not spend a dime on it and still have a ton of fun. any time i’m stuck somewhere with nothing to do or just want to wind down, i play a few rounds. i like the art style and getting a new building and story every month. i don’t bother with the friends/social side of it so i can’t comment on that part, but the rest is great. only change i would make us to be able to use coins (instead of gems) to buy anything.Show lessshintawe
