Beware. We paid $100 for jewels the never gave to us
My wife paid $100 for jewels and they did not show up in the game. We are now trying to reach their support and no one is responding. We basically were robbed and can’t get credit back from Apple for $100 dollars. No other company has done this. Update: the company contacted us and fully resolved the issues. Ease of game
For the most part this is a easy match 3 game. I can also pretty much (so for now) advance through the game without having to purchase tokens (rubies) for the most part. Although as of late, when you watch the videos for free rubies the video freezes up and you have to shut the game down completely. Thus you lose your opportunity to complete the puzzle and must start all over againShow lesscatmeow56
Ok, this version has an issue
I’ve been playing this game for about a year. First time I have encountered a bug. It appears that this new version just released Nov 1, 2022 will not play once fully loaded. It’s stuck on the very first task. Screen goes darker and nothing on the screen can be selected. I have tried reloading the game three times and this is where it hangs up each time. Faster Clicking
At the end of the level, it does the usual “congrats, you finished” sort of thing and then the bonus points screen which you actually can click past. I think the game would be a lot better if you could click through the “congrats” message immediately after finishing. Lastly, I downloaded this game thinking it was more of a puzzle putting pieces together to create a jewel or something and that’s maybe 1% of the game which is incredibly annoying. Challenging but Rewarding
Puzzles start off easy but rapidly become more challenging. Though sometimes frustratingly hard they are not impossible and require purchases as the only solution to solving.
Your videos do not work to get rubies. I have watched more then 60 chick fil a ads in a row and never received a single ruby! This is every day, the chick fil a ads never never ever count. Please use better videos. I would never buy anything chick fil a after my video experience. I don’t think that is the idea chick fil a had when they paid you for advertising.Show lessCelbury
Disappointing
I am ready too delete this game app. It is ridiculous! I used too enjoy playing this game. I would play every day it was fun. But not anymore, because of the new update on the game I believe the levels are manipulated, and it makes it impossible to win a Quest or Collection, or Rebuilds. When we do rarely win, we do not collect the Generous rewards, and blessings & valuable rewards, gifts, tools, ruby’s we need. Where before we would get a them. With all the glitches your game has in the friends part it’s frustrating. You also have glitches in your “Watch a Video for Rewards” you watch then over and over and no reward. Always on the Chick-Fil-A ads. I’m frustrated with this game and have too delete it!Show lesssherynross
Great game
Very addictive and fun. Love the characters and artistry of the game. The special events are also intriguing. That’s the good part. What happened to watching video’s (btw very difficult to escape out of once viewed) and then you don’t receive the award of rubies? Very frustrating when you are a move away from winning the board but guess what? Nahhh, we’re not gonna give you the bonuses we promised you even though you sat through 7 repeated videos. I have been playing for quite awhile but now starting to fall out of love. Sorry, but I am the player that isn’t spending my money on your game.Show lessholy$hithelen

Don’t offer free rewards unless they are available. I love playing this game, but I am annoyed by support issues. I’m not into purchases, so I rely on earning rewards by watching ads. I have been in touch with support several times in several months over the same issue: no new gems appear after I watch ads OR my iPad freezes after an ad and I have to reset. Difficulty -
Some of the challenges are way to intricate to solve. When you have to remove 50 squares of sand and 4 kitties in 20 moves; it sometimes becomes very frustrating to try and solve to move to next level. I know one has to be lucky enough to get the ‘help’ symbols, but then again the frustration sets in when only one or two moves are encountered. On some of these challenges, I just want to throw in the towel, but then I can’t move to the next level. And I refuse to spend my hard earned dollars to buy in!Show lessmstrvler
Jewels of Rome
I really enjoy this game. Being a history buff, and having studied Latin for years, I enjoy all of the references to the times. This is not to say that this game is highly historically accurate, but you have definitely captured the “flavor” of the times.
The game has many different kinds of challenges - some quite difficult, but fun to conquer. I like the fact that if you get stuck on one challenge, you can try another - although you eventually have to sole each one. Still, you do not got stuck in one challenge without being able to do anything else.
