Good but a few improvements needed.

I downloaded this app some time ago and forgot about it. I’ve just started using it,(Set up my free account), I like the fact that it’s free and ad free as well as the fact that you can select whether to receive any communication at all. Very classy. Some of the free videos don’t always start until you tap play/pause a few times. That being said, every one of the videos I watched so far we’re not in English but had English subtitles. Thanks. Also, the still photography that’s uploaded are of shots I wouldn’t be able to see without your app.
Maybe I’ll rate it higher than I did later. I’d probably rate it at 3.9 today. But people!!! Get a clue!!!!! This company or group of individuals are allowing us to see all these fabulous shots, free of charge with no emails or ads unless you choose to get them. See, I already changed my rating to 4. So give them your feedback them most of all, say thank you for letting us see things we wouldn’t otherwise see.
So developers, please continue to try to please most of us most of the time as you are doing and most of all, thank you for allowing us to see so far and wide.

WOW! what an exciting app!!! Videographers and photographers have captured scenes from around the world.....animals in their habitats...people in imteresting places. Every scene will thrill you with the beauty of the shots, the history, the different cultures, etc. "The Explorers" - A perfect name for this app! I'm an 80 year old senior with a deep curiosity about every place on the globe. Yes, indeed! This is my favorite app ever!!!

Horrible app

I signed up for a free trial. I had another free trial for owning a 8k Samsung, but they cut that short for no reason. Anyway, I can’t sign in in the app at all. Oh they take the money on my iPad, but nowhere can I log in on the tv. It has a qr code that doesn’t work, and a website that doesn’t work. Basically nothing works. Will not recommend.

Can’t figure it out

Very confusing on how to use. Beautiful still shots but not in English and can’t find out where the shots are even from.

Still shots are indeed uploaded by our community from all over the world so the content is not always in English. However, users can locate their shots thanks to our map. You should be able to see the location and the map when you click on a content. Please do not hesitate to contact us on the app or by email help@theexplorers.com as we’d love to understand which functionalities were unclear, or if you have any question regarding the use of the app.

Maybe I'm just not getting it?

I watched an introductory video, and then there were other videos to watch which were all marked " premium." The still shots that people have contributed are without doubt amazing, but I was expecting more video content without having to upgrade. Am I missing something?

Premium content is here to support our commitment and the actions of The Explorers Foundation to protect biodiversity. However, the major part of our platform is free of charge and without advertising. You can find dozens of free videos on The Explorers section and we are working on adding more and more every day. We really hope that our efforts and those of the community will make you change your mind in the future.
