Poor Customer Service
The game is cute but customer service is not great. I made a complaint that I wasn’t happy with what I purchased and they were unsympathetic to me. It was only a $5.99 purchase but it’s the principal, if a customer is unhappy with a purchase they should make it right. Especially because I had already made several other large purchases.
I like spending a little money on games if I enjoy the game, but the way I was treated was just a turn off and I won’t be making another purchase from Inno knowing how they treat their customers.Show lessBroken Bella
What?!?!?
What is wrong with this app?!? I downloaded it on my phone and then while I was opening the app and it was loading, and then it said... “Your device does not meet the technical requirements.” WHAT THE HECK!?!Me 934604

Very enjoyable game to play. Fun but not addictive to ruin your life. There are always new things to do in game, but it is also easy to leave to get on with your real life after 20 minutes.
One thing I’d suggest to the devs is that it is slightly difficult to collect gathered resources/know when they are ready to be collected!

This game would receive 5 stars (it’s fun to play), but it has a hard time running smoothly and eats a lot of battery. I don’t mind watching ads to earn things, but the adds don’t usually run right and there are times I have watched an ad multiple times for something and still not received the item. Also, once you watch an ad, then the game runs slow. I end up restarting it or it lags out and says I have to reload.Show lessdzcmason
One of the best games
I was very skeptical of the game at first but once I downloaded it I regretted not doing it sooner! It’s one of the games I’ve kept the longest and I highly recommend it. The only thing I find annoying about the game is every time you are doing a quest there’s a tutorial and you can’t decide to do a different quest after accepting it.Show lessNexusStormy
Unbalanced, P2P basically
The “costs” of doing tasks are excessive and biased towards the long duration acquisitions, and the rewards are pitiful for the costs and time taken. Some tasks can take hours to prepare the “fees” and finish in minutes, with little reward. Storage is also very limited considering it can take 10’s of minutes to produce a single item and your queues are limited to 2 or 3 items unless you pay cash for more queue places.
A very unbalanced game considering the costs to do a task and the pitiful rewards you get in return. Often high value costs and low value returns.Show lessNich.F

I really like this game but the storage is ridiculous!
Takes way to long to find parts to upgrade. You can only play for 5min at a time because the storage is continuously full. You need to have to many objects to make or find items. This game would be a thousand times better with unlimited storage, then you could play as much as you want. I don’t like a game where I’m limited to how long I can play.Show lessstephj70

I had downloaded this game earlier but deleted it because it seemed like a lot of work. But playing one of my other time management games I saw an ad for it and decided to give it another try. I’m really glad that I did because even though it is kind of complicated, a lot of things to do at the same time, I’m finding it a lot of fun. It’s a little different from other time management games like Klondike in that it has a feeling like you’re really interacting with the characters more so than the other games I played. I’m not sure why that is, but it just seems a little bit more enjoyable. So anyway, so far it’s five stars with no glitches except one ad that didn’t fully load and I had to force start the game again. So give it a try & maybe you’ll see that it’s a little different than the other time management games that you’ve been playing, too.Show lessjb dean

I love playing this game but it’s so frustrating trying to keep upgrading the storage for items as lots of items are needed for the parrots or the rafts also trying to unlock the spaces on there is getting frustrating needing so many items all the time apart from this a great gameanng17
