This is definitely good for retraining and focus

The only issue I have is that most sites are 9.99 a month.. this site is weekly!!!?!!! Come on really !?

Illegal transaction

This app is the worst application I have ever tried to learn English. Besides that, I downloaded this application on my phone and without subscription I was charged in 14,99$ even though I have never used it. I want my money back because it is an unauthorized payment. You can’t charge for something I did not purchase. Apple should be processed to allow this company to charge a customer without purchase, it is illegal. We provide our details to Apple to be used with our authorization. This is an absurd, I have never seen anything like that.

Terrible

If you are using this as somebody who is trying to improve very very basic English schools it might just about be ok. However, I am a British National and can tell you that within 2 rounds I found plenty of grammatical errors and mistakes. Not worth £9 a week that’s for sure! Just buy a book of English phrases. Also just FYI, nobody says “be no oil painting”.

I’ve been using the app for a long time, and I can definitely say that it helped me a lot. As I’m preparing to pass my TOEFL and need to enrich my vocabulary in a short period of time, the app appeared to be super helpful. I love that I can repeat idioms. I’ve been using lots of apps before, including the vocabulary builder, but it did not help. This app is different, and this it the first app I’m planning to buy a subscription to study more intense. You guys are doing great, thank you 🖤

Buyer beware

I would never get an app from Basenji again. Confusing to unsubscribe! You can’t just delete the app! $10 per week, and you might not notice until you get your monthly statement! A page that leads you to subscribe has X’s as the background, so it’s hard to know which X to close the window. Very manipulative. Too bad an educational app is run this way.

Dishonest - advice - bad

You don’t need to push someone to buy anything When something is good!

Try any other applications and run away this application.

Be Very Careful with this App!

The developers are very cagey. You will be charged $10 per week ongoing UNLESS you opt out of the automatic weekly charge that begins at some undisclosed point after the trial period begins. Unless you check your charge card statement online once a week you could be bleeding money. As far as the app itself I rate it as just okay.

Beware, they charge $9.99/week

We are extremely dissatisfied as after the free trial, they started charging 9.99/week, yes per week, not per month. Also, there is no option from the app itself to cancel the subscription.
We had to call Apple Support and they walked us through the steps from Setting and finally we were able to cancel it. Totally rip off.

Why are you still charging me monthly??

I already cancel my subscription right away last month and follow the instructions that you posted for those who wants to cancel subscription.

Please stop charging me....any contact number that i can call to cancel?
