Long wait time

I don’t like how it’s such a long wait time to get a hold of customer service agent and it gets annoying cuz the machine repeats itself over and over. And in the app doesn’t give option to cancel you have to contact the customer service line.

App is useless and freezes up too often

The app is virtually useless now. You can barely get a scheduled ride when needed, the app constantly freezes up and then tells you to call for arrangements and you can no longer pay with your bank/ credit card anymore. Won’t even let you add auto pay method like it used to. It’s too bad because the drivers and the service itself is wonderful and helpful and easy to use. The app needs serious work. I hate using it now and can barely schedule rides anymore.

Suggestion

The service is good, but the past few weeks, I don't know what's going on. Why am I not able to pay with my credit or debit card? I tried adding my card to the app, and it keeps saying unauthorized. This is very inconvenient, because I prefer to pay with my bank card. I don't have cash on me all the time, and it is much easier to pay with a debit or credit card. I hope this will be fixed very soon.

My review

Good service and very convenient for someone like myself that is visually impaired trying to coordinate transportation.However, when I try to add my bank card to the app, it won't go to a next screen to save my card info. I use VoiceOver on my iPhone and even tried to have a sighted family member try it with VoiceOver off, and it still doesn't go through.

Why doesn’t the app work

I keep trying to set up a pick up and drop off time. Whether it be 48 hours, 24 hours, or even a few hours in advance it’s not working. What can I do. What’s the point of having this service if all I get is a message saying “this trip is can’t be scheduled”

This app is Absolutely Useless!

Can’t even schedule a ride (gives cryptic “due to runtime availability” error message). This needs to be addressed ASAP!

Updated Review

The bug mentioned in my previous review has long been taken care of. I see that in version 4.2, there’s a new interface (layout) in the app. It’s easier to use and meets the standard of an always evolving technology world. Great job to RTD’s IT team.

Also since RTD took control of operations in the county yard in late 2021, the VanGo service has improved tremendously. I encourage those who previously rode when NEXT operated VanGo, to give it a chance nowadays.

0 star isn’t an option, so I’m giving it 1

The app doesn’t work. At all. It won’t allow me to schedule a ride no matter what. It’s a ride share app, that doesn’t allow you to get a ride. Unacceptable.

Good but crashes

It’s very convenient for me and just make a reservation for where I wanted to go as long as with in San Joaquin county but the thing is it crashes and sometimes I can’t book online and can’t see the update of my bus location! Hopefully this problem will be fixed soon. Over all the drivers were all kind and respectful ... thank you

Password

I forgot my password, I was emailed a link to reset. Every time I try to reset it. The reset is not working. Something about the status. I put my new password in twice it still says something about status, this get me so angry......
