Terrible Customer Service. AHL should have contracted with BAM
As an AHL hockey fan, I downloaded the app to watch my local AHL team. I purchased the $80 all access subscription. When I tried to sign in to the app, I receive an error that the email/password combination is invalid. Funny, because I am using the password manager from my iPhone to sign in and it signs in to the website perfectly fine. I try typing the password in and then dictating the password all to no avail. I contacted customer service and have received no response after 8 days. I have initiated a chargeback with my credit card. I don’t understand why the league didn’t sign up with BAM as their streaming provider just like their big brother the NHL.

No team logos, no UI features, horrible navigation... This app is horrible. Did it take you five minutes to make? Throw in some pictures or team stats or something. Just awful.
