Lots of scammers on LBank that tried to take my money by offering help .when asked lbank about a scam where they requested coins be sent to them .their answer was to block my account on telegram.
Verifying security
To verify security they made it wayyy too complicated. can’t even verify mine using the right steps.
Great app
Great app, but I have a suggestion, to add an option to convert all the small amount of crypto that stay in the wallet in LBK. It would be great!!!!
SCAM
I deposited money into this app to Buy ETH over a mouth ago. Nothing shows up, customer support is non-existent, & there's no way you can get your money back after they steal it. I hate I put my information on this app. They told me to reach out on telegram but nothing but a bunch of, "we'll look into it". Still out of $50

Growing more frustrated by the day.
The EOS deposit doesn’t work for only me apparently. Customer service only takes 45 mins to eventually appear in the chat feature, so that I can repeat the problem multiple times to eventually have them tell me to delete the Ap and “re-download” it.
So now it’s been 2 weeks. They do offer the very volatile, “moonshot” tokens that can make you a lot of money, or be potential rug-pulls, but their fees are so ridiculous. This is why I always use EOS to deposit funds, because it’s zero fee to transfer it from CoinBase… and this is why I suspect it “stopped” working for me. I’m really just tired of all the shadiness in the CryptoVerse. It’s bad enough we have to constantly worry about being compromised or hacked by actual thieves, it would be cool if we could at least trust the exchanges.

Unable to withdraw assets
I am unable to transfer my assets off the exchange to put into a cold storage wallet. After contacting customer support multiple times I have not received a clear answer on why they are holding my assets or how long this will go on for. I currently have thousands of dollars being held hostage on Lbank. Avoid this exchange.

Amazing app!
The app work well, I will suggest you to read all the small letters before to do any transaction, some coins require a minimum deposit, otherwise you will have surprises.

Stay away
Stay away from LBank. I transferred from CB wallet and paid eth fees. It was 71m short of the 2B saitama min so they told me to transfer another 71m. I did and then they said it had to be from cb. Not once during the text did they Vee mention it had to come from Coinbase. So now they want me to buy $100 eth for $7 saitama and pay all the fees from cb to transfer even more into LBank. My family has 4 accounts total. Their customer service had me in tears and after seeing what I went through over this $127, we’re all closing our accounts in tandem. I guess LBank will steal my original transfer because I will not be buying more eth just to pay $75 for a $7 transfer. I should have listened to the warnings from everyone telling me not to use these folks and I didn’t. So here I am warning you...they will steal your money.

Longest transfers ever…
Good app for buying and sell as well as keeping good track of movements. Transfering out of Lbank into another wallet takes ridiculously long. Have not waited longer tranfering from any other wallet but Lbank takes centuries…. terrible

Scam
They will take your deposit and never put it in your account. I have spoke to the same 6 representatives 10 times a piece in a month. Each one giving the same excuse. “Please patiently wait 3-5 more business days for deposit” every. Single. Time. Must be what they’re taught to say. Still have not received a large deposit after a month. Would NEVER recommend to my worst enemy.
