Can’t Customize My Order
Trying to use the app to order food is pointless. Can’t order green sauce instead of red on my combination burrito, can’t order the 2 bean and cheese burritos mama meal.

Not even worth the trouble
The deal of the day was way simpler and gave you the option of purchasing two of whatever the deal was. Now it is limit one and the app lags.
Many deals don’t even surface. I was supposed to get a free milkshake from referring a friend. Never did.

Improvements needed
Love the online order feature however, I would like if you removed the requirement of providing our phone number except for delivery orders only. I would like to have it see if I am doing pick up have some sort of bar code that is scanned at the pick up window to imedatly notify them I have arrived and to pull my order. This would really help slot especially during the luch and dinner rush times. Also have it show in the app how long my order will take before it is ready and have it modify me when it is ready for pick up.

Deal don’t show up
It doesn’t matter how many times I register or redownloaf the app. The deals never show.
I got to the restaurants and sue the workers and managers, they don’t know and can’t help.
Needless to say, I never get to get the deals because “it policy” that i can’t because I can’t show them the code in the app, even thought I have it downloaded and follow them on Facebook.
