This app doesn’t work. There is no way of updating firmware. Get rid of all Remo products and buy quality.
Updater doesn’t work
Removing doorbell unit anyway camera is pixelated and says wi-fi signal is bad even though doorbell is 20ft from router with a 150meg download speed. Updater is junk doesn’t work. Using Wyze equipment going forward at least they fix their stuff and answer you. Their doorbell cam works great on other buildings I have. Yes you lost 2 sales because your stuff isn’t thought out well enough or work right. I work in IT I know bad stuff when I see it.

Does not actually work
This software is worse than the doorcam, which is why we're all here trying to update the firmware for a solution. It will not update your camera. Avoid this entire line of product.
