Too Difficult
This app is too difficult. I love a good challenge but it is ridiculous. It’s a shame that the Devs don’t listen to their players. This is a money hungry app because it’s nearly impossible to pass levels unless you use boosters which you will run out of quickly along with gems to get them. It’s appalling that the only reply to players from the Dev is that they are rating the wrong game. No, we are rating your money hungry app that is indeed your app!!!!! love the game but it is a bit of a scam
The game is highly addicting and I find that the levels hit a point of absolutely impossible forcing you to need to spend money. Also, I purchased a starter pack and it did not go through so I bought it again and I received the pack but only once and i was charged twice. I emailed them and sent them a chat through the app asking for a refund or at least the product I paid for. No answer. I even emailed them a picture of my credit card bill showing the double charge. I agree with superteesh. Great game but they don’t send enough customers on purpose to make you spend more to get to next level.
Not fair! The coins not transferring to the next country is stupid. I have played many cooking games and transferring coins always happens. We earned them so why can’t we keep them. The level in Japan - once you get to the 60 combo level they want you to upgrade and your coins are still in the USA and they do NOT send enough people to make the 60 combos. Disappointed. I earned like 80 or 90,000 coins and lost them on the trip to Japan.Show lessMookiemay

Love playing the game for two months the game has been glitching and crashing. When it crashes it takes the level you’ve just completed along with your diamonds and also you amount of time left to play. Each time you play it crashes. I’ve lost all my free diamonds and coins. Now it want allow me to go to the level to which I am on it keep taking me back to the beginning of game. I like the game but deleting to make space for one I can play. Can’t afford to play any longer
Love the game, didn’t mind the ads but have reach the point that you cannot win a level that is a time mode with out using spoons to extend time, you can watch an add for ten seconds which you do not actually receive no matter how fast you close the ad, and unfortunately I don’t have the money to purchase the spoons. I appreciate that you need to make money but I would bet you make quite a bit off all the ads.Show lessPmcat7
Give me my 10seconds!
So being that this is a free game with ads, I’m okay with that. In general this game is quite fun and I like the build up from easy play to more advanced (for each menu). I just hate it when I choose to watch an ad to gain that 10seconds needed to win the stage, but as I’m watching the ad, my 10seconds is rolling already!! How am I suppose to play those 10seconds when I’m busy watching the “optional” ad?? MUST FIX this please!!
ALSO.. I get that you want me to rate this game but is it necessary to spam that notification after every single level??Show lessucasnrolmeo

I like this game a lot but after I had gotten through so many levels something happened to the game where it said I had zero coins no matter how many times I played a level my coins would never show up I finally had to uninstall the game ... now I’ll have to start completely over if I redid load it . Also I feel like the game cheats you because after so many levels you practically have to spend money to beat any of the levels which is kinda messed up ! I like playing the game! It’s fun . . . until it cuts off. No reason - just cuts off. Usually happens when I am at the end of a level. When I get back on - I not only have to start that level over, but I’ve lost a life . . . even though I was winning before it cut off. I’ve tried to contact someone to help me, but no one has got back to me. Very frustrated. I don’t plan on paying any money until someone contacts me & the glitch is fixed. Would have been a 5 star rating.. please read.. I absolutely loved this game and played religiously everyday.. I even bought a starter packet to help with spoons and get me to the next world.. didn’t mind because I hadn’t had to purchase anything in like 80 levels... well I got to Paris and it’s next to impossible to pass any level without spending spoons, they don’t give you enough customers forcing you to buy/spend spoons to make the level.. I feel I worked so hard in this game and now I can’t get anywhere without spending more and more money.. and your American money does not transfer to the next world, proving o be a waste.. again, I loved this game and hardly write reviews, but I’m so frustrated and feel I needed to give some feedback.. I hope they can take a look at this and revamp with an upgrade or something.. so disappointed..Show lesssuperteesh

After the first level it would let me go without upgrading then it wouldn’t let me decide what I wanted to upgrade to and I couldn’t exit out of the upgrade screen. This is a game I thought I was in charge. On several levels you are timed and you have a certain amount of money to make, but the characters walk really slow when you are out of time you have to buy more. I think that’s called cheating your players. The game is fun but once I’m out of lives I’ll delete it’s not fair to get screwed over.Show lessPSemones

The first two upgrades are tutorials of upgrade system, after that you can upgrade any food or kitchenware you like :) The first few levels of each restaurant will be easier which gives you time to get familiar with the pace. And then the difficulty of the level will gradually increase, and it will be fun and challenging.
