Developer malpractice
I have an Temtop m10i and it’s ok. Simple air quality monitor.
However, this app has maybe the worst designed scheme to connect to wifi I have ever seen. And when it doesn’t work, the app can’t communicate why.
Probably skip the m10i if you haven’t purchased yet and just get an m10.

Doesn’t connect to internet
The device itself works fine but I bought the Wi-Fi-enabled version and it won’t connect to the internet so I can’t use it with the app. Tried calling their customer service (website says it’s 24/7) but the line is broken - it rings a few times then hangs up.
Useless
I cannot get a verification code so I can register. The security code is never sent to my email although the app says “success” when I tap submit. Without registration, I cannot connect to wifi so cannot track readings or get local weather. I will contact Customer Service later to see if they can help but it shouldn’t be this hard!

Unable to Register / Use App
App says it will send a code to my email to register, but never received the code so cannot register and use the app.

My M10i monitor does not connect to wifi through this app. Very unstable.
Doesn’t work
Bought a M10i, I’m on our home wireless network, it won’t let me select it. Just doesn’t work.
Can’t use app
Requires sign up and won’t accept verification code.
Cannot setup work
I get to the “next” button and then it isn’t clickable. It does nothing like it’s not really a button. My thermometer isn’t useful like this. Returning to Amazon.
Nice device
It helps a lot. If someone smoking, its readings changes so I can open the window in time.
