Unit 402
Great view of the gulf - but unit has no where to hang up clothes - no closet, no hook etc. ☹️ Lacking in places to plug in electronics at the table / desk! One place to plug in by the sliding class door beside the bed. Lacking a place to put toiletries in the shower except on floor🙁 shower was very slippery as well. No lights over sink because the battery operated LED lights were not working. No directions on how to work TVs and remotes and no live channels. Patio furniture is a little lacking. When you sit outside on the patio you have to look through the rails to see everything. Also they sit so low to the ground - it is hard for people to get out of them. Also keep in mind everyone is not 6 foot tall so to get into bed you have to crawl onto the bed - no way to sit on it if you are under 6 feet tall! Seriously why do I have to take out my trash, you still have to clean the room!! Also make a place for the luggage trolley by each elevator. Inconvenient to walk to the front office area to get them! Been coming here for over 20 years and defiantly been better! Wondering if Sandcastle is in my future for next year.

Turtle Trax
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Turtle Trax for the week. The only thing that was missing was a regular drip coffee pot and we had not brought our own coffee pods. We also wish we had known that we had to bring bottled water as we did not want to drink the brown water. The house was and comfortable and clean. More than enough space for two people. The one suggestion I would make is making the sign of the house either larger or painting it in a different color because it was hard to see coming in at night. We woke up to the wild horses around the house pretty much every morning. The sunrises were spectacular. We will definitely be back!!

Problems with our stay
The house was nice but there were problems. First, I feel mislead that we could possibly get early check in. There were several emails and phone calls and the specific response to my request arrived after 5pm when we had already checked in even though I was instructed by email to contact Stay ported at noon on Thursday to see if the house was ready. No one, even cleaning crew, had been on site from 2:30 on. We waited until 4 pm to enter the house. Second with Stay porter, I waited nearly 24 hours to get a simple broom! The house itself had many broken pieces of decor and furniture. I took pictures if there is a question. Most importantly, we were shorted one full bedroom because there was no door for privacy! We chose this house specifically because of the number of bedrooms so this was an issue for us. I would appreciate a response. Joy Miller

Unit 102C
Definitely would NOT book this room again. Cleaning crew needs to be fired. The dressers looked like they haven’t been dusted in months. The drawers are all broken and can’t really be used. They had molded Reece’s paper under the beds along with about 3 inches of dirt, dust and sand. This place definitely hasn’t had a good cleaning in a very long time. The dryer doesn’t work and the washer smelled like sewage. We were allowed to use the dryer down the hallway which was very inconvenient. The faucet kept falling off while showering, the cabinet doors have a film of crumbs in the crack, and the lock to the door gets stuck. The closets were so full of unused furniture that we couldn’t utilize any of the closet space. The Closet also had a TON of sand in them which confirms they haven’t swept or vacuumed after the last crew left. The balcony had broken chairs and I could probably go on and on. The only reason this condo got 2 stars is we enjoyed the location and convenience of the beach access.

We had a great stay at the house. A couple of issues to note:
*We called in about a leak underneath the back porch. *Somebody (67 year old) from our group slipped and fell pretty hard because of the algae that is growing on the deck. It is very slippery barefooted or with flip-flops.
*There were a lot of spiders downstairs and ants upstairs. The Terminix man came (for the ants) but we still had an issue. We killed or saw seven very large spiders while we stayed.
*When we arrived the trash cans were overflowing. There were so many flies. We had to wash out the trashcan that had lots of maggots growing in it.
*It is a Hazard not having a gate on the porch leading to the boardwalk. At one point a two-year-old escaped and was found five minutes later wandering down the beach.
*The grill was filthy, and the utensils had not been cleaned. It is now ready for the next renters.
The pantry had lots of crumbs on the floor.
*The garage was a mess when we arrived. We’ve organized the chairs, the boogie boards, the umbrellas, and swept it out when we first got there. It’s now also ready for the next tenants.
Additional suggestions: Put a shower curtain on the master bedroom shower and an easy chair in the bedroom.
Change out the glass, top and tables and coffee tables in the living room. Since this is a family friendly place it’s an accident waiting to happen.

I cannot add additional rental stays in the app it only will show the first rental we have that uses this app but we have another rental that uses the app as well. Am I missing something??

I cannot say enough about our stay. The property was beautiful!! Along with being gorgeously styled, it was clean, comfortable, and truly felt like our “home”.
Everything, you could think of was available to us from coffee pods to paper towel, to high end fragrance diffusers, even arrangements for golfing options for my husband! Every detail was thought of and executed. It couldn’t get any better!!
The service with Kelly, our concierge at Host and Home, was awesome. We were even greeted with a bouquet of fresh flowers and a basket of decadent goodies upon arrival. She provided us with every bit of information necessary to make our stay easy, flawless and in fact, perfect. Kelly even checked on us mid-way through our stay, to ensure all our needs were being met. She was fantastic!

Mites!!
My daughter has rented this condo in the past and it has been fine. However, this was not a pleasant stay. First of all, the communication with this rental company is difficult. There are several numbers to call and they do have a chat and email. The chat line was not active when I needed to report a problem. My email was not returned and the phones had long wait times. They were very nice when they answered.
I reported a problem to the customer service line and they said they were on it. We never had an update and I don’t think they ever checked on the property. The condo has some kind of mite problem. My daughter sat in a chair and within minutes was covered with hundreds of tiny mite like bugs. They were also on the bed and floor. The sitting room and screened porch were dusty and dirty. The condo smelt musty and the dehumidifier had to be emptied several times. When we emptied it, the tank was full of black mold. I myself, washed the bedding in hot water and put the pillows and blankets in the hot dryer to kill anything that may be crawling on them. Even after that , they were still crawling on surfaces. I would never rent this condo again.

Franks stay
The most beautiful house ever. The pool was great. The home had everything you need. Washer/dryer was great to have. Electronic blinds were fabulous. Private and secluded home. Fishing off private dock was great. Use fresh Mullet. I would not change a thing. Has 2 air conditioners to control both levels. Home was very comfortable. TVs easy to use having spectrum. Showers were hot and refreshing after going to beach in supplied beach buggy. The home had all kitchen needs. Outdoor grill gets really hot for grilling steaks. I can’t find a negative for this stay. Perfect, perfect, perfect

McLovin 2024
This is our 5th year staying at this house. It is a perfect fit for our family. One thing I commend the owners on is that each year we notice something new and improved, which means the owners truly have a vested interest in keeping this home as nice as possible. We love the pool, hot tub, and. Corn hole. Our adult aged children and their spouses each have their own king size bed and their own bathrooms. There is room for our growing family. This year we had two new grand daughters. The only ‘upgrade’ I would recommend is a rocking chair or
Arm chair in each of the bedrooms on second floor for young moms to rock their babies. This house is always so clean, the kitchen is more than well equipped with nice pots and pans and dishes. Thanks for keeping McLovin in such great shape. We hope to
