Easy & seems safe
I didn’t love when my favorite park started implementing paid parking. Then I would have to pay via text or this new app. Another app? Ugh. But I loved this park so much and I reluctantly began using it. I like how easy it is to use and I like that I can set the time reminder. I like that our parking allows the first 30 min free, and that is easy to do with the app. I like that it keeps my settings and I don’t have to do a lot to just hop on, chose my location (easy enough) and start my time.
It seems safe (personal info kept private, I mean) and I haven’t gotten emails and texts, so I like that it doesn’t intrude on my life in other ways.
I do love this park and I don’t mind supporting it, so I’m glad they chose an app that seems to do a great job and make it easy to use.

Keeps sending me parking confirmations through email
The app works ok most of the time. I have opted not to receive an email of my parking summary actions when I start a parking session. However, every time I quit/close the app, the option to receive email notifications switches back on. I didn’t mind using the app before this started happening.

Scammers they will get you to pay and still get you a ticket
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage, I live alone and am completely blind. Therefore, I need voiceover on my phone and the app is not compatible with VoiceOver whatsoever. My parents who come to visit me do not understand technology whatsoever so therefore they cannot register in the app. We call the phone number and the people there either a. Do not want to register the vehicle or B. Do not understand a single word or speak a single word of English.

Glitchy. Slow. Runs into errors. Had to close and reopen the app 5 times. Nothing will compare to paybyphone - easy fast and reliable
Stupid app for roaming clients
The app needs to send you a SMS code to activate itself. Rather stupid and useless since we chance phone number more often than email. Plus when you’re roaming with an eSIM like me today, you can’t receive SMS and pay for them…

Difficult
Your app is very difficult to use and the parking metre numbers don’t come up on your map
Cannot reset account, errors, no replies
Couldn’t access account. Attempted to reset password & no email sent. Errors. Emailed but gave me a separate email for Canada. No reply after one week (had to follow-up to initial email before getting a response). Cannot sign up another account as you can only have one phone number associated…. but now i cant reset it.

Tripled Charged
I was triple charged. Twice on the app when it said my payment was unable to be processed so I went to the pay station to pay. That worked. Then come to find out the app took my money twice, so I paid for my 2 hour parking 3 times. Contacted customer service and they said after the transaction is complete there is nothing they can do. I contacted immediately as it was still pending in my account. Today all charged went through. Flowbird owes me a refund and are not willing to provide it as it said my payment by was unable to be processed yet they processed it. I have screen shots, their response and can show that the two parking charges don’t even show up in my account due to the error yet I was still charged. Be better Flowbird. Complaint made with the city of Minneapolis. I won’t stop until I am refunded the charges.

stupid app
cannot open page, cannot login, and after downloading suddenly encounter error and the app shut down by itself. stupid. the parking machine also not working. that's why I downloaded the app. but the app is also garbage. this is a stupid game
