  • MyPennMedicine App

    When it comes to navigating websites, I would say that on a scale of 1-10…I’m a maybe a 5! I’m not particularly computer savvy and have lost some skills due to lack of use and decreased comprehension due to some medical issues.
    Having said that, I am able to use the MyPennMedicine app fairly easily and complete my tasks at hand with minimal mistakes or errors, which saves time for both myself and my care team.
    Communication is key in getting great health care and being able to easily manage the site has been key to receiving great healthcare services.
    I am grateful for the MyPennMedicine app developers who provide an easily accessible and informative website. It has proven to be a valuable tool and resource for my personal healthcare.
    I encourage everyone to use this tool as it quickens the response time and processes and provides greater access to my healthcare team.

  • Penn Medicine App

    I love the Penn Medicine App. Everything is in one place . Messages, Appointments, Lab results. I especially like the ease of sending my team a message and receiving a fast reply. Also if I have questions about my Lab results , I can send a message to receive an answer. I also like being on the call list for a chance to get earlier appointments if available. I feel so connected to my team.

  • Primary care

    Besides one urology appointment I will give University of Penn five stars this particular appointment (Either the medication didn’t work or he didn’t wait long enough)but primary care went above and beyond. excellent customer service. eventually, I found out about what I was looking for the urology appointment was a second opinion I ended up in the hospital a week. Great Service and I continue my service at Penn hospital and dental.

  • Extremely helpful

    So I ended up in the hospital for a condition that requires daily physical testing and having the myPennapp is great. They’ll draw blood in the AM and before the doctors even make their rounds I have the test results on my phone already, just so there’s no big surprises at least. You can make doctor appointments in minutes. It’s great! I recommend any Penn patient download the app either just for a PC or even for your smartphone.

  • Excellence is who they are!

    I have no idea how such an enormous organization can excel at everything they do but, they truly have their finger on the pulse. This app is fantastic. I see multiple specialists, a PCP and they have made my life so much easier by linking all my physicians from different organization together! I can see my test results in real time. The app is so helpful! I refer to it when completing forms I and it keeps my appointments and visit summaries! Reducing the amount of paper I have to keep! I can tell you honestly, this app for a chronically ill person is a game charger. If your healthy, first bless you, and second, use this app to stay healthy. The videos and information available on the app will blow your mind. Kudos to the app designers and developers! This is the face of an excellent organization and it’s just far superior to other apps that try to do the same thing.

  • It’s perfect.

    I am frequently disappointed by apps that lack a thorough and intentional design. We all experience these regularly. They routinely miss the dart board. This app hits the bullseye.

    I’m genuinely surprised at how well this app anticipates my questions and needs, how it provides me every detail I need and no more, how it never breaks, and never requires intervention.

    It just simply works, which reduces my stress, and empowers me to pursue my well-being goals.

    And it makes me want to stay in the Penn ecosystem, because I know that I will not find a patient experience as simple as this one. It makes pursuing medical care a gentle breeze.

    The product managers, developers, and system admins that have produced this experience should be really proud. Lifetime customer from this app alone.

  • Payment of services

    I have NEVER YET ENTERED YOUR OFFICE OR LEFT WITHOUT PAYMENT.
    When I Checked in 7 days ago it gave me the option of leaving a Credit or debit card of PAYMENT UPON ARRIVAL. Today on Sunday prior to see the Cardiologist the Penn Medical requires me to give a CCard or debit. No notice, when calling center at 7pm est when a text came through to do so it routed me to 911. NOT NEEDED CUSTOMERS SERVICE WOULD BE NICE OR NOTIFY ME ON BUSINESS DAYS. The drive is 50+ miles each way to see the Drs. I show courtesy always may some be as such given?

  • My Penn review

    I would just like to say that the my Penn app is a beautiful addition to our health care system. It helps a lot when we as patients need to schedule appointments, get an urgent or non urgent message to our care providers and see our test results in a more efficient manner. Which helps us a patients navigate the health care system a little better with conveince.

  • Valuable Tool

    This app makes appointment scheduling easier and pre-check a breeze. All potential questions can be answered negating the need to spend time answering questions verbally. I appreciate being able to answer even normal questions privately. Additionally, being able to review the Physician’s Notes/Reports negates the need to call to access information relative to the appointment.

  • Still Cannot Switch Organizations May 3, 2023

    The app MyChart allows us patients to Switch Organizations. This means if we or our spouse, parents, or children get their care, or testing, performed at other organizations then we can easily switch to those organizations and not have to download multiple versions of the same app. The app MyPennMedicine is the app MyChart without the Switch Organizations feature. The health system removed it as an option for us patients to use

    Penn Medicine does allow us patients to use the app MyChart which is an awesome thing for them to do. But many health systems are forbidding us Patients from using the app MyChart and instead are forcing us all to download multiple apps. It did not have to be this way. Health Systems have made healthcare more difficult and the government and insurance companies did not on this topic.
