I had before an app for different hospital before I start to be treated at Penn medicine it was very bad

Love Penn
I love that I go through all processes so easily on the Penn app. I never ever get lost or confused and at my age that’s a blessing. Not only that I love the patience that the doctors and staff constantly show me, I can only speak about my experiences. Love my doctors thorough examinations and how quickly I get my results back, as well as my questions answered in a timely manner. My Penn Medicine
I have assisted other family members with their online accounts for other health systems and providers in other states. So far, My Penn Medicine surpasses them all in ease of use, access to important health information, contacts and records, etc. Site navigation is smooth and extremely user friendly. However, patients and/or staff should be able to note that a medication is obtained through a financial grant or directly from a pharmaceutical manufacturer. That way a script that a patient cannot afford isn’t accidentally issued to a pharmacy. Thank you .Show lessBeanati
Excellent resource tool to manage everything regarding your healthcare
The MyPennMedicine app is the absolute best tool I have seen any healthcare system use. Everything you need is in one place and easily accessible on your desktop and or mobile devices. It updates real-time keeps all your visit, studies and testing information at your fingertips. It’s like having ALL your medical records in your hand at all times, X-rays, actual film views, reports, lab tests, eye exams, hearing tests, and doctors notes. All your prescriptions and medical providers are there too.
The only thing I would like to see change is that every message you receive have a signature line that includes what message they are responding to and what doctor, practice and practitioner they are responding for. When you have many providers that each have many doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, med techs and clerical staff sometimes it’s difficult know who they are responding for.

User friendly

A total waste of patient time and energy
I am fed up with Penn Medicine. The MyPenn Medicine portal is useless for contacting and physicians and planning my care. It was great prior to COVID but has become useless, especially in the past 4-5 months. A source of confusion, delay in care and endless frustration. There is no communication regarding care.
