  • Best experience ever

    My husband was diagnosed with cancer and not only were the staff amazing, having this app help keeping us organized from appointments to test results to more appointments etc. it was so helpful, e were even able to see billing as well.
  • Updated capability and user friendly!

    This website/patient portal has everything one needs in accessing their past, present, and future medical needs/records. Appointment checking and notifications have never been easier. You can even send a secure message to your provider directly! Love it!
  • Would be 5 star if it actually remembered payment info

    The app is great overall. Really easy to access my health info, talk to my doctor, and pay bills. My one complaint is that there seems to be no way to actually store your payment info. When you enter your credit card info to pay a bill, there’s a check box for “save payment for later use” but that seems to do nothing. Every time I pay a bill I have to manually type my card info and billing address. And to make it just a little more annoying, the billing address fields don’t use iOS’s built in autocomplete. So please, devs, make bill paying a little easier with actual saved payment methods.

  • My Outstanding Penn Medicine Experience

    I have been very pleased with the care which I have received from the Penn Medicine Department of Neurology, through both Dr. Murray Grossman and Dr. Sara Manning. They have each been kind and considerate in caring for me. They are each very knowledgeable on the latest research and approaches to clinical care. I would highly recommend Penn Medicine for any patient seeking the highest level of health care and desiring the very best clinical outcomes.

  • Love this app

    I have to tell you how easy this app has made my life. I love being able to be in touch with my health care team at the touch of my fingertips. It allows me to conveniently ask questions, and alert them to health concerns that come up. I just had a test and was concerned about the results. After a quick email to my doctor they were able to call me an explain the outcome. I felt so much better.

    My friend is in a health care system that doesn’t have a portal. I keep telling her to jump on board ours.

    It’s an easy way to access test results/records without having to bother your doctor or their staff. Allows you to add extra information or pictures to a message/question/concern for your physician. Great for clarifying instructions and keeping track of vaccinations and medications. Fantastic tool and easy to use, not a replacement for doctor contact, but nice for keeping your care organized and sharing information.

  • Penn’s Patient / Dr. Communication’s App

    This app has proven to be very helpful in providing information and knowledge quickly and precisely between Dr’s and patients. This is an excellent tool for communication. It also has numerous features such as record keeping, appointments, calendars, reminders, records and many more. Kudos to Penn.

    I went into the ER around 3:30pm on February 8th, 2022 it was crowded and moving slow in there I was irritated because it was loud a few patients were on their phones and a few patients didn’t have mask on all to find out these patients were only sitting around for what ever their reason was. I was already in pain and still in pain while I the ER waiting area I believe I had a anxiety attack I was finally called to the back and by 6:15 I decided to leave because well first waiting so long and I have kids I needed to get back home too. I was placed on a bed in the hall. I saw my notes and it stated I was placed in room 31 which I was not nothing was done and no one approached after waiting on the bed in the hall after 20min. So personally. So this tan harnett never saw me and no one ever checked my I’d or even offer a gown to put on because I was never placed in a room I was placed in the hall
