Perfect workout app

This app fits my needs perfectly !
As a developer I have to say that I am quite jealous to not be the creator. Thanks for helping me moving and doing exercice !!

Good app, 1 request tho

Tried this app for a few days. Would definitely consider paying for it. Easy to set-up and use. One request though. I’d like to be able to just data enter my workout, instead of running the app to track the workout. For example, I use my Apple Watch to track my cycling. I just need to add my time into the app. Can’t see a way to do that.

LOVE the idea

It works great on my mac but my new iphone... it crashes all the time its so frustrating!!! I really love that you can make your own custom workouts and just wish it would run!

Scheduling Bug

The scheduling is bugged on my phone. I don’t know if this is specific to: my phone, iOS, or my type of phone.
User interface leaves something to be desired. The tutorials were very helpful, but I found the a couple aspects of the design to be unintuitive.
An otherwise great product! If the bug was not an issue this app would be 5 stars.

Amazing app

I was skeptical that it would work when I downloaded since it has little reviews, but I am so glad I did so anyway. This app has everything I’ve been looking for. I’ve downloaded dozens of workout apps trying to find the perfect one for building your own programs and this is the one! So many different workouts already available and you can even create your own/ add images to remember how to do them. Absolutely love this app!

Excellent App To Create And Track Your Own Workouts

I’ve been using a journal and writing out my workouts for the last year and a bit. I got tired of having to spend time writing it all down and then sifting through the pages to find weights and sets previously used so I looked for an app to build and log my own workouts.

I googled apps for logging your own workouts and found this one for iPhone. I am beyond impressed at the ease of use and the information it captures.

I love that I can create my own custom exercises or use their library for common exercises or custom exercises already logged by other users. I have never tracked how much weight total I’ve pushed in my workouts so I am loving that feature. It’s super easy to create workouts, set up supersets, set the reps and weights and rest periods. Added bonus is the fact that it will show you averages of the workouts you create and show your PRs and precious weights used. It’s also nice that it shows the primary and secondary muscles used with all the different workouts.

Highly recommend for anyone who tailors their own workouts and wants a place to log everything and easily be able to go through the data to make adjustments.

Great app

It great that you can build a work out, and add pictures and notes to help you remember. Just one request? Adding progressive overload option for workouts? Like adding 5 lbs for the next work out. Other than that perfect thanks!

Bugs for iPhone

It keeps crashing when I go on the profile, also when I try to make a workout thingy. I love the idea of the app but it’s just unusable.

i decided i wanted to stretch more, and have s routine but i know i could never remember. this app was the first one to pop up when i searched for a custom workout app, and it is exactly what i want with all the features, im so happy!
