Needs fixed

It has lots of problems. Using it at the store especially at Dollar General. It won’t pay for all the things it’s supposed to. If they scan the card multiple times it usually works but now we are told that they can only scan it once according to new policy. Well that means we lose out and end up having to pay for most out of pocket. I have even ordered a new card recommended by your help number I called. Didn’t help. I thought that the purpose of the card was to help us make it through the month easier. I don’t have a lot of extra money each month living on a fixed income on disability. Dollar General is the only place in my county that takes the card. The closest other stores are like 30 mins away and I don’t get around that easy. ALSO your app needs fixing also. The transactions history tab doesn’t work anymore. That lets me remember what I have paid so far this month so I don’t forget anything. It now says “ error fetching data. Please check your network connection “ I redownloaded the app and didn’t help. Very frustrating. I really do appreciate the card for the help paying for stuff but PLEASE look into fixing. Maybe it’s a app program problem.

Where Did the Cart Page Go??

thank you for everything you do – I wanted you to know it's appreciated. On my app, however, there is not one picture of a tiny little cart so I can look at what I've bought thus far. In the 'improvements' video there is a tiny cart in the upper right hand corner, but in my app there is not one. Not anywhere. I have searched every page on this app that I could find. I even re-downloaded the app! Not there. Sorry, very frustrated. Also, as I successfully sign in, the first page jams up and will not move unless I touch the upper left-hand corner. This is the page where I should be able to get into my online shopping. Please fix, as I cannot shop with this app. Thanks

This app is terrible!

I actually spent 3 hrs on the phone with various people, explaining that I went to Walmart, scanned the products to make sure they were eligible and when I checked out the card covered less than half of them. The “online” purchasing does not work either AND… there’s no products to buy!!!
I don’t know who scammed WellCare into switching to this card but they should be put in jail! You’re torturing old people that need things like probiotics, hydration products, mucinex, etc. etc. but the selection is minimal and the app doesn’t work when you click on shop with our “partner(s)…what a joke. The reps that I spoke with wanted ME to send details of these transactions but that should have been done by YOU…before this program (scam?) was released to thousands of old people!!! They also said they would “escalate” to try to resolve these issues and follow up with me…THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!! I’ll be switching my insurance the next available date. You people should be embarrassed!!!

Still, no scanner on this app!

The developer did not leave a response from my last review so I will write another one. It is February 11 and still there is no scanner on this app! I have sent multiple messages and screenshots and have called three different phone helpline numbers I have received. And no reason or explanation as to why there is no product scanner! I have pleaded with the support line to contact the developers of the app and fix this bug! They refuse to give me the contact information, but I noticed that the developers sometimes respond to these reviews.
Again! There is no product scanner that is showing on the app. I have an iPhone 14 and I’m running latest operating system. I have sent multiple screenshots so don’t ask for screenshots. Don’t tell me where to find it on the app because when I first downloaded the app, it did show the product scanner and then it disappeared. When I called the number on the back of the card. They told me that it was being “fixed”. When will this be fixed?

Too many apps for use of Humana

I have 1 for health care, 1 for provider services, 1 for healthy benefits. When I first signed up for Humana, the person that called me told me all my medication‘s were covered, and all my doctors were covered well no they weren’t, the first prescription that I tried to get from my pharmacy they told me that it was not covered, so Humana was nice enough to give me enough for one month. I have COPD I need more than for one month the other drug that the doctor wanted me to take , besides the first oneI’ve had to send back to the drug manufacture because the apparatus did not work that’s exactly why I needed the Anoro aLipta . So this was the second lie. Then after three years of waiting for a endoscopy and a colonoscopy at the Cleveland Clinic they finally gave me the third doctor and he did not take your insurance but I had this insurance before I was even referred to him so Line number three comma. So no wonder I want to leave Humana, Too many apps and too many lies.

No product scanner

This app does not have a product scanner! I don’t know if this is unique with my iPhone as when I first downloaded the app the scanner was there. I was told that it was a bug within the app, and that it would soon be restored that was three weeks ago. I have sent in multiple requests, I have called them multiple times, I have emailed them dozens of times. At first when I called the phone number on the back of the card, they said they were “working on it“ when I emailed them, they denied even knowing that it was a problem. Same with the other phone number and talking with their tech people. I have sent them screenshots, and they still have not recognized or fixed the problem. As you know without a product scanner, there is no way to know what products are available to purchase. Those of us who shop in the OTC at the pharmacy know that not all products are eligible. The idea of walking up to the counter at the pharmacy, with a dozen products having them run them through and then voiding out the non-eligible items would be time-consuming and probably get you kicked out of the store. My experience with the customer service and email and also phone calling has been very disappointing. Please fix the app so that the product scanner shows up!

Terrible app and nobody resolving issue

I was so happy to see that there is a product scanner when you are in-store shopping and couldn't wait to use it to finally find out what's approved before putting it in my cart. I tested it out at home and it worked great! then I found out it only worked great because I have an automatic connection to my Internet in my house. When I got in the store it says I need an Internet connection. I do not have any idea why they would design this app where you need an Internet connection. Useless. Who is going to have an Internet connection when you're in the store shopping? Only somebody who might by chance be shopping with somebody who might by chance have a hotspot they can hook up to. another way would be to put a hotspot on my phone and bring my computer with me to connect to the hotspot on my phone. Geez… Ridiculous.
Just doesn't make any sense at all to have an app that you cannot use in the store even though it's got that feature saying that you can scan the product in the store. How? Do they expect us to go into the management office at Publix or Winn-Dixie or wherever you are shopping and ask them for their password so you can get on Internet? Utterly not practical

Too many glitches

Every time I go to log in with my credentials , it glitches out. Even with Face ID - which works on EVERY other app that I have- it won’t log in! This is really gotting out of hand, just to use a provision given to us to HELP us have the things we NEED medically. I need this fixed! I’ve been with Humana for over 7 years and the previous company before this app NEVER had issues but now, healthy benefits + has issues every single month. Y’all need to get it together! There’s hundreds of people out here going without things they need because they rely on this app! Your messing with people’s lives here all because you can’t get your app to work the way it’s suppose to and expected to. I’m with a lot of the other reviewers, I’m looking into another insurance company because of this app! I tried to report a problem and you can’t even do that on this app. I’m very very frustrated that something so simple can be mishandled like this. Very disappointing.

United Health Care

I will say everything is very easy to figure out with the program as far as getting rewards and how to find out where to put the dates and I am so proud of myself because I wrote a list of things to address to my doctor for the first time ever and it made me feel important to be listened to. Usually, without a list, I just feel unimportant and I don’t tell them anything that’s going on with me until it’s a huge problem. It was the nurse that came to my house that helped me do this for myself. I like the visiting nurses!! I LOVE United Health Care! It includes ALL my doctors now that you took back St Joe’s because no other hospital do I feel the presence of God more there than ANY hospital around and we have are blessed w/ TONS of hospitals in Syracuse NY.

Review of Healthy Benefits center well pharmacy option

Enter well almost always seems to have a snag on shipping out my orders it’s a repetitive experience I really want to use the pharmacy and even though I have it set to notify my phone the cancelations only show up it seems when I log back into the web site it my app :( I think center well should be a separate monthly or quark
Toy benefit from the healthy benefits card for groceries I really like how the healthy benefits card had the App that allows people to shop with or without there card, ingenuousness! Great job on the card the allowance and the app and customer service is okay when I call Center well Pharmacy not so much. Thanks for all you all do and for this benefit it is appreciated by me and my family. Leah Star
