Very easy and reliable to use
With very good packaging too
Log In
Doesn’t let me save info to passwords in settings which forces me to log in every time I open the app. Secondly, there is a thumbprint icon next to log in seemingly indicating you can use your biometrics. Nope. Once in app, there’s no location to turn on biometrics for log in. Needs some reworking in that sense.

Doesn’t work for tablets
I like to use a tablet with a keyboard. It is virtually impossible to do so with this app because it won’t switch to landscape mode. Typing on a keyboard with your head turned sideways just doesn’t work. I end up using my phone instead- which in most instances is much less efficient.
Excellent App
I really like how easy this app is to use. One thing I wish it would do is alert me when I've refilled a medication and it allows me to update the quantity based on the number of tablets dispensed.
Please give an accurate cost
It would be very helpful if this app would give the correct cost of the medication to the member rather than giving an estimated cost. When someone is working on a tight budget, an estimated cost doesn’t help much. Thank you.
Mobile app?
Seriously, I thought this was a real mobile app! I'm using an iPhone 11pro and the app only will work properly when the phone is held horizontally. When horizontal the page displays properly, but only small areas are visible at a time without scrolling up and down, left or right. I signed on using facial recognition and the box was checked to remember me. As I scrolled down the page to “my prescriptions” I see some but not all until I come to a link to “see all prescriptions”, which takes me to another area. Based on the information showing, it doesn't indicate if they're new scripts in the process of being filled and shipped, or older scripts, only the
number of refills remaining. When I attempted click on an item, the page is greyed out with a warning message saying “no card on file”. Assuming that means that you want a form of payment on file before I am able to do anything on your website. Mistakenly I attempted to add a “card”, like sheep being led to slaughter.
With all of the appropriate information added I pressed enter, only to be disconnected from the website. Interesting up popped the login page with my login filled in, and facial recognition engaged, filling in my password. I thought that's great because I didn't recall the password. Unfortunately, the password that worked fine 15 minutes ago when I first logged on no longer was the acceptable password now. After trying multiple times possible passwords, and being declined I am on my last nerve. Btw, I see you couldn't even manage to allow for the password typed in to be seen, like most other modern sites. Who designed your site, Mickey Mouse?
Maybe it was the same folks who requested a tier exception for me on a medication only to have it was denied because I hadn't tried the prerequisite number of other drugs first. With electronic records in place you would like to think they would know that I've taken the medication for years, after trying multiple other medications without the desired result.
Now you think you deserve my banking information?!! What planet are you from?

MedImpact Website Not Great
The MedImpact website is difficult to log into as you MUST enter your user name and password before you can use your facial recognition, which seems unnecessarily redundant as other more data sensitive websites, banking, investments, etc only require facial recognition.
App
The app is really quite useful. Easy to navigate.
Useless
Cannot log into App. I have downloaded and reinstalled this App multiple times and it still will not accept my registered user name/password.
App broken
As of January 24, 2020, the app is not working. Won’t allow me to log in with my username and password.
