I have purchased two of the 5,000 coins and both times it has never hit my coin balance. But overall the app works just not with the purchases
I was in joying it till
I was in joying playing with the app every day till I withdrew my tokens and the administrator disabled my account. And I never received the tokens that I earned.I guess this app is a fraud .
A LOT of work need to be done... Think about the users please!
Been using app of phoneum for about 2 days... half of them i cannot use since they cant confirm my email although im connected with facebook. Furthermore, a nice internal error which makes the app close automatically...
Strangely, crypto treasure works for me and the game is fun but the rest is crap... dont do the offers that supposedly give you gold(surveys, quizzes) its a scam because you need ALL the answers to be right because if you dont, they either give you nothing or send you to another quizz/survey! Sorry but its a lack of ethics right there - time consuming for nothing.
If things dont get better nor i have a service to debug all of this, im erasing all this...

The game is fluid in design, I love the soundtrack; simple and easy. Make sure to download the cloud earning phoneum app as that is the account you will use to link everything. Just started today after trying the app a few months ago and it was basically broken. Now, I’m actually enjoying it. Got a portion of Electroneum too right off the bat.
It’s simple. Set your profile, bottom left is a wheel click on it and spin for gold. Use gold to buy items to open or find treasure boxes, or just buy the treasure boxes outright, which is what I do, with the gold you get from spinning the wheel.

Unbelievable I spent over 2,000usd to buy gold coin and I didn’t get 1 bitcoin... this is unbelievable
Needs a major overhaul
App seems kind of childish even though its not. I believe the theme needs to be more crypto based. Also, my rating is 3/5. Because the App is crashing every-time I attempt to access the STORE!! Otherwise Id give a 5 for originality and crypto rewards.
Great app but trouble since last update
Since the last update I haven’t been able to open the shop, pub or use my keys on chest.. other then that have really enjoyed the app since I have downloaded it. Maybe set up a bug report section to the app hasn’t been working for about a week now hope to see a reply.
Can’t withdrawal
You don’t “earn” anything. You just waste your time giving this company your data and please DO NOT buy any gold in the store because it’s a complete waste of money. Even if you couldn’t care less about not being able to do what they promised, the game is unbelievably boring and offers an extremely small amount of content. Advice: don’t waste your time find another legitimate game to earn crypto like idle miner or stormplay
