What is this app?
How hard is it to make an app to follow a sporting event?!
Not as hard as the developers have managed to make it. Seeing I’m not an 8yo kid, I don’t want to “redeem points” nor do I want to be directed to another app to do the same. I want, current ladder, time to next event (in my time zone 🤦🏻♂️) and race & weather information. Follow that up with the next season events and dates. It’s very simple! Look at other sports apps, F1, TDF etc. This app is the worst one I have on my phone.

The irony that sailing is so high tech and yet they can’t get a simple app to work is embarrassing. You can’t access the app without having an account, but they can’t figure out how to let you create an account. Thus the app is 100% useless and does not provide any value.

Trying to see the Day 1 scoreboard in Canada . Not there at all.
And to boot, not one website has an updated score. Is sailing actually invisible?

Why
Don’t really like the app, just want to look up calendar and it keeps want near login, needs to kept easy to use or it won’t use it Plus new log in is terrible Won’t let me log in now

Crashes on startup
Won’t let me sign up or in
Keeps telling me wrong password immediately after I’ve set same password. Won’t let me in.
SailGP app doesn’t work on iPad
I installed on my iPad Pro 5th Gen running the latest OS. Whenever I open the app it crashes immediately. I uninstalled, updated the OS, turned the device off and back on, reinstalled, logged in, repeated this process multiple times and always the same result. Will go back to the web version; even there it’s hard to find what I’m looking for but at least it works.

SO you forced me to update the app on the iPad. And now it will not open. Crashes during opening. Tested ??? Starting the app is like a bad start in a race. ……… go home last !!
