No longer has guarantor signature prompt
The app was functional and worked well for my community that lives 1.5 hours from a passport photo service. Since October 2023 the app no longer prompts for guarantor information or signature. Photos are still being submitted but applicants are receiving letters back that their applications are incomplete because the photos are not certified by the guarantor. Please fix this app. It served us well until it didn’t.

Works for me!
I tried applying for a new card this way and it worked! Sent in my photo through this app, and sent my forms via mail. I got my new card now!

Unsure how it works but following the directions doesn’t help, 5 of 5 people I had try use this app failed to get any positive results. 100% failure and not worth using , worse this using head office staff

was no shadows and the app kept rejecting the photos plus probably not lagit. deleted it’s a waist of skin and probably illegal
