Identity theft

I’m assuming there was a breach in security. Lost all my cash and was charged an over 100,000 in my credit cards. Bank manager was not helpful at all and such a disappointment in service!

worst banking app

we use multiple online banking platforms and we have never encountered such hassle. app is difficult to sign up with

THIS APP IS THE WORST

I have downloaded this as it is essential to manage my card usage as I am abroad. I downloaded since June 2024 trying to sign up and 6 months after it still has not worked. I spoke to their hotline 6 times about not being able to sign up and no one is able to help me. This is poor craftsmanship. By far the most disappointing app and use of technology!!!!!

Worst Online Banking

Accessing my RCBC Pulz account has been incredibly frustrating. I can’t receive OTPs on my Canadian phone number, which means I’m locked out of my account and can’t transfer money or complete any transactions. Reaching out to customer service hasn’t helped either; it takes a long time to get a response, and even after providing all the requested information, nothing has been resolved. This experience has been disappointing!! Worst banking experience.

UPDATE:

After three calls to customer service and a one-hour call with a supervisor, they finally resolved my OTP issue. While the process was frustrating, I appreciate that they were eventually able to help.

On the bright side, the RCBC Pulz app has a more modern design and is very user-friendly, which makes banking more convenient. However, I hope they can improve their customer support process to make it quicker and less stressful for users facing urgent issues.

Can’t access my account

Such a stupid new App! I have been trying to access my account for 4 months now and it was unsuccessful. It keep saying error and wrong OTP were infact I am putting the right OTP. Whoever created this App should be fired. Old App is way better and convenient! They keep sending me a recovery password but does not work everytime.

Very INCOVENIENT!!! My account was blocked. I reached out to RCBC customer service through email but until now there’s no response.

DISAPPOINTED

I recently downloaded to the new online banking app [RCBC Pulz] and I must say, my experience has not been as positive as I had hoped. While I appreciate the bank’s efforts to modernize its services, this new app is not as user-friendly as the old version.

Block from access

OTP are not being sent and now I’m blocked from accessing the account both online and using Pulz. Calling the number for support - no answer. Emailed care service no response!
