Worst Online Banking

Accessing my RCBC Pulz account has been incredibly frustrating. I can’t receive OTPs on my Canadian phone number, which means I’m locked out of my account and can’t transfer money or complete any transactions. Reaching out to customer service hasn’t helped either; it takes a long time to get a response, and even after providing all the requested information, nothing has been resolved. This experience has been disappointing!! Worst banking experience.

Poor product

Terrible app, they should fire whoever created it. Old app never any problems. Obviously no QA testing on the UI. I would be terminated if I was the developer of such an inferior product. Maybe someday they will get it together and make the app stable…!!!

I can't log in! worst i'm always blocked because of the OTP

Why the new app is like this. I can't log in and the worst is i'm always blocked for maximum OTP. BUt the app is always crashing. I always email the email address you are providing but none of my concern is assisted and take action by them.

So Slow after update

The app is so slow after the update. I don’t know if there’s an issue with iOS 18 compatibility.

Unable to open an account

Tried opening an account online. Got only as far as creating a User ID and password. Kept getting an system error. Customer service was no help. So frustrating. WHAT NUMBER CAN I REACH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM USA?

Unreliable app

I’ve been trying to set up my RCBC account since yesterday, but always may glitches such as di nakikita ID Type. Or when I try to log it in sa website nila, user already logged in yung lumalabas when I already logged it out of the app. Please fix these issues!
