Wont let me log in!

New app wont let me log in. It just keeps on saying “device registered to another account” this was 4months ago until now customer service still don’t know what to do.

Unable to open an account

Tried opening an account online. Got only as far as
creating a User ID and password. Kept getting an
system error. Customer service was no help. So frustrating.

Credit card wont add

Im trying to select/add my Visa Platinum to the list of credit cards to manage in the app but it wont add up.

OTP not received

I have an overseas mobile number and doesnt receive OTP via sms. can you add OTP via app option so I can use this new app?

Not working

Im new to this app! I was advised to open an online account thru this.. its not working, I cant upload my ID, its always on error

Always having a hard time in logging in. Even using both the biometric and password. The old version is so much better than this.

I downloaded the app here in canada. Trying to set up my credit card but there’s error every time i enter my cvv.
