Cant use the App
I cant use the App , i have already an account i cant log in, if i set the number said is already in use
Why my all rides are cancelled????
I doubt these guys are idiots because they always cancel the taxi I call.
Apps good. Company doesn't provide good service.
I had the same journey to do 3 times today, from a village outside Banbury to Banbury railway station.
For the first two I used Royal Cars and, unbelievably, they messed up both bookings which caused me to miss the two trains I had scheduled.
And that added two hours to my work day.
To top it off, the person I spoke to would benefit from going on a customer service training course. Rather than recognising that I was probably a tad frustrated with missing a train for the second time of asking that day, he got defensive and said it wasn't his fault.
If you have to be somewhere at a definite time, I'd advise you to not rely on Royal Cars.

Does not accept card payments
The app never accepts card or Apple Pay when trying to book a taxi. Always comes up with a red error message. The only way to book is to select cash which is a backwards step in the taxi business
Useless app
I was satisfied with the app on the beginning but since I have the updated version I am not able to use it. I had to logout and I can’t login back. I know the password and email for my login but it’s still says email and password doesn’t match. And even I clicked a 100 times on “forgot my password” I didn’t get an email with the link..

Doesn’t work now
Previous version was excellent- latest version does not work - always says there’s red no cars available
Apple Pay not applicable
So after the new app Again this time I tried to book a taxi a pop up window came out asking me to authorise a pre payment and I did. In the end I am walking because “Quote not applicable “. The. A red coloured pop up told me to check my settings. I open settings in the app… nothing. Same in the iPhone settings. Uninstalled and reinstalled as suggested by the operator. Nothing changed. Oh and the app tends to close from nothing.

Can’t ever pre order and there’s never any avalerbel in morning never had a problem to get to work in till name change and now taxis are more dearer ther more unreliable and I never get to work on time
Let down by app
I placed a booking for a taxi via the app 2 hours before taxi was needed. I received a text message 10 minutes before taxi was due that the taxi had been dispatched but when I clicked the link to track the taxi it was empty. I phoned to see where my taxi was at due time and I was told I shouldn’t have used the app to book the taxi I should’ve phoned and that the next available taxi was 20 minute away which would make me very late for where I need to be. When I explained this not a care or apology was given I was just told again I should have called.
