Awaken Me - Emotions

I don't believe anyone should be attempting to teach what they themselves have not yet learned. There are many things I am yet to master in this life but dealing with my past trauma and moving beyond it isn't one of them. I know that a past memory has the ability to cripple even the strongest individual. Trauma is stored in us all and it just waits for a trigger to rise to the surface. But I am telling you, here and now that you can deal with your trauma. You can face your trauma. You can learn from your trauma and you can move beyond your trauma, even helping those who have experienced similar trauma. It's not easy. If it was easy everyone would be walking around in a peaceful state of bliss. Is that what you see in the world? It's how I feel but I know I am in the minority. My goal is to make those who are suffering the minority and those who have moved beyond their suffering the majority. This app is one way in which I am attempting to do that. You'll learn how to face your fear. How to forgive your guilt. How to cease judging others and yourself. How to work through grief. How to spot the lies your ego tells you. How to see through the illusions it weaves and finally how to let go of it all and be free.
