Really helpful app!

Better than the alternatives, very smooth UI

Very helpful!

I got service along with my company’s healthcare last year. It’s really a helpful app for a high stress person like myself. I especially like the soundscapes. They always help get me a the right mood. 👍👍

Signin process problematic

Tried to use my companies SSO login to start up the app. After completing the sequence with DUO, the app took me back to the beginning of the login sequence. Did this continuously. So I gave up on it.

App keeps glitching

There are several pages where user input is required and the page will stall or just go white. I’ll have to reopen the app and go through the whole thing all over again. This happened during my assessment (last 2 pages) and in the provider chat page. Hope y’all can figure out what’s up and do a quick fix since user interaction is pretty critical

Inoperable on iPhone SE

Have to have a wider screen to use the app. When trying to join, pages disappear and take you back to your email.

Too much security. Gets locked out too fast

Missed an appt cause all the verification and password requirements. Got locked out. Don’t see the point of having so much unnecessary security. It’s not like someone is gonna steal my phone and use it to set an appt with my therapist

Mobile and Online Apps Keep Bugging Out

I was really excited to finally use this, after recently examining ways to improve myself. Upon logging in, both the mobile and online apps bugged out. I stopped using the online. For the mobile app, I had to kill the app and try again. When it finally loaded, I tried to book an appointment and it showed available coach times, but when I tried to book a time, it said that time was no longer available. I tried other times, submitted, but received an coding error message, socket timeout. I tried to contact Modern Health through the app, but at this point, I could navigate anywhere. The app had essentially froze, even though you can still scroll on the page you’re on.

The apps create massive friction to users trying to get mental health support.

Bad App Experience

After login, the app is just stuck at language selection page. I tried reinstalling, rebooting a lot more and wasted an hour on this. It gave me stress instead of helping with it.

Where are the licensed therapists?

Got this benefit through my employer. Was told I could schedule therapy with a licensed therapist but it keeps connecting me to wellness “coaches”. Falsely leads you to believe you are going to get real therapy with a licensed therapist. Wish I could go back to Lyra.

App is broken from the start

I am unable to proceed through initial setup beyond the selection of preferred language. “Get started” button does nothing. Have tried deleting and reinstalling with no change.
