Can’t even login

Their services are great, but lately I can’t even log in past the “get started” page.

App not working or stuck

After login via SSO, app seems to be stuck at Welcome page.
On page where user can select language, the ‘Get Started’ button is not working

Very disappointed

Therapy is never available. I’ve had one booking then never got to meet with that therapists again.

Great Service, unusable iOS App

App consistently crashes on iPhone 8 when opening the messages tab, preventing me from seeing any conversations with my coaches or therapists.

Stressful app experience

I'm sure the content is amazing, however the app doesn't remember my login. This is an added stress when I open the app to find a solution to my stress. Once in, are a bunch of automated pop ups and again, blockers to finding a solution to my stress.

So hard to get actual therapists

My work changed from Lyra Health to Modern Health and it has been the worst transition ever. Modern health focuses on life coaches and makes it very hard to get actual therapists. It was super easy on Lyra, you typed what you needed and it showed you a list of providers they would cover, that’s it. With modern health there is literally no way to find a list of mental health providers like a psychologist of psychiatrist, only life coaches.

I just want someone that can continue my existing prescription, but no, modern health needs me to waste my time talking to a life coach for no reason. I ended up stopping getting my medication and my wife ended up deciding to just pay out of pocket. Think of that for a minute, this service makes it so hard to get what you need that you’ll either give up or pay for something you should be getting for free.

To me, this service is borderline dangerous and causing more harm than good. Sure, some people definitely would benefit more from life coaches than therapy or medication, but it should not be made so difficult for the rest of us that already know what we need.

App has a serious bug

I’ve reported this via tech support but it’s still not fixed. The app does not allow you to toggle between hide/show keyboard and as a result, there are some forms where you can’t click the “submit” button to move forward because it’s hidden behind the keyboard and won’t allow you to scroll down. I’ve encountered this twice and had to go to the desktop site. This is an easy fix - please address it!!
