Great for saving workouts whether these are cardio, calisthenics, or strength training. The app has a bank of exercises to choose from and if needed, you can create custom ones. You can group exercises into supersets and set rest times between reps. Also, if competition and point systems motivate you to exercise, then this app is for you! You earn points for every workout and can unlock achievements for more points. If you really want to unleash your competitiveness, view the rankings. It’ll really humble you.
I left off a star because it’d be more convenient if I could add workouts anytime like the MyFitness App, which allows you to manually fill out the date and time for any previous day. I like this because sometimes I forget to track workouts and this app (at least the free version) doesn’t allow you to add a workout to a previous day.

Great App, Some drawbacks
I love this app so far and it is very convenient. The best parts by far are the timer and rest time features. They help so much with staying on track. The app is very functional without premium to get an idea of how it works without having to get a free trial. But after using it premium is such a great luxury. The one gripe I have with the app is the fact that the social and achievement aspects are so hard to navigate. One thing they could do to really finish this app is to add the muscle group body from arrow, and implement a similar pr focused social and achievement aspect. Love you Flex Fitness!

This was by far the most simple,aesthetic,cleanest and best workout app I have ever downloaded and I did not regret it and belive me I have tried over 30 workout apps and this was the best

Offline mode please
I’ve been using this app for the better part of 2 years and it’s had been amazing so far. Following the programme that I was able to create had allowed me to gain 20Ibs. The only problem that I face with this app is no offline mode. My job position requires me to be out of touch with internet for several weeks at a time. It wouldn’t be a problem if the app save my workout locally, but it seems that after being offline for too long it would cause me to be logged out of the app thus not allowing me to log my workouts :(. If there’s a way this can be fixed, or even have an offline mode it would be a guarantee 5 star for me!

pretty good but unnecessary
I like this app. I have been using it for a little while, and i like how it lets you make your custom workouts and stuff. I think there are good features but, to me, it’s so unnecessary when i can just use the notes app to keep track of my workouts. maybe i would like it more if the progressive overload wasn’t a premium feature when a few years ago it was free. i think it’s a good app with good features but there’s almost no point in it when you can keep track of your workouts more simply.
