Poor login experience

The app requires sms login but doesn’t recognize you I have an account. You then need to login with your username and password, submit your phone number again.

Doesn’t work & no support

I’ve been trying to create a Locker username for a month without any success. It always gives either a “username blocklisted” or “invalid email”. Have tried dozens of different usernames and email addresses. Have put in 3 support tickets (which I got the acknowledgment email for), but no follow up or resolution by Aboutgolf support team. Maybe if I could get it working I could rate it different.

Mr Gerald was awesome host him and his wife In Watertown South Dakota. Great simulator course I highly recommend going there you want be disappointed!

Glitchy

The way it syncs with my golf clubs computer seems to always have an issue. Once I download my information it’s glitchy where sometimes I’ll go to around a play and I’ll click on it and it won’t show any information and then I’ll hit like course description and then it just popped out of the app so little bit more work needs done

There might be a slight delay in having your shot data show up in Locker after playing in the simulator based on network latency.

Great addition to an AG simulator

AG Locker is a great way to track data when using your AG simulator. I find the “Data” section most helpful in terms of club analytics when I’m outside in a course or just playing indoor sim rounds
