Must scan a separate barcode to earn points
So when paying I haven’t been earning any points. I load a gift card because I can’t find a way to just debit my card. So no points. Each transaction of I want points I have to scan the rewards barcode and then pay. As opposed to the dunks app that automatically has you earn points per visit just by paying. I don’t even bother anymore. Was hoping to replace dunks. But their app is way better.

It took a while for Honey Dew to get their stores online with the app, but I’m glad they did! Now I can leave Dunks and their inferior rewards program in the dust!

Great redesign but unable to order a coffee
If I try, there’s no option for just a normal blend of drip coffee with chocolate nut flavor and cream. They ‘require’ you to pick a special blend that includes an up-charge. Makes no sense to me.
Love HD, but this app is terrible.
My old phone would not scan receipts with the old version of the app and I always had to enter manually. Now have a new 15 pro max and even though the app was recently updated I still cannot scan receipts. I’ve tried everything, it just doesn’t work.

The app was frustrating at first but Mad props for continued efforts to make app work. Thanks for fixing issues with redemptions. As a frequent customer to HD the stores and customers service has been excellent. Keep up good work when it comes to coffee I prefer HD over DD or MCD

App doesn’t work
My iPhone is new enough and up to date, but the app won’t let me order. I tap the location I want to order from and nothing happens. Tried resetting the app and restarting my phone, nothing works. Awful.
Terrible
The functionality of this app is horrific the scanner for the barcode on your receipt. Only works about 10% of the time otherwise you have to put it in manually which kind of defeats the purpose of the convenience of scanning on the go in addition to that your rewards points are not directly connected to your card reloads which makes it completely pointless to even use really because you’re doing so many extra steps just to get a free coffee once in a while, I would use this app a heck of a lot more if the scanner just worked right and rewards were connected
