What happened!
Lost tons of points, food items changed…Pretty much gave up!
Problems
I have always enjoyed the Halo app but had a HORRIBLE TIME when they started the app. I LOST A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF POINTS AND REWARDS! The help was miserable so I finally just gave up. They also somehow got my work email and I am certain I entered my personal email account initially. I cannot seem to fix that either. After losing their old GREAT French fries for this sorry new version and issues with the app I have considered just not eating at Halo anymore!

Poor Execution
This app has many flaws. You can’t order for pickup like McD, Taco Bell, Burger King, etc. The menu, if you can get to it (not by the button that says Menu — “This page does not exist” message!!), gives calorie counts, not prices! When you try to investigate a notification icon the app crashes. When you try send a message on the Customer Care page it says “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” Overall, very disappointing. Food is good, but app is bad.

Great Update
Transferred my info per the email sent out by Halo Burger and all my points migrated with no problem. The free QP was loaded as promised and the new program is AWESOME! Thank you Halo Burger!

Was promised a reward.
That didn’t happen! There was no free QP Burger as promised after watching their company salesperson do a great job representing this Michigan company.
Looks like it was a marketing ploy to promise a free burger to get customers into the store, only to find there is no such offer.
Disappointed as I wanted to try this place :/

Bad app
That need to fix this app. I try to log I with my old account from the other app it does not work. I try to reset the password it says an error has occurred. Fix it or go back to the old one.
Not even an app!
My 2,500 points have been lost with a promise of transferring from customer service. Still nothing. There is no instruction on how to add points from new purchases. No info in the stores either. It’s a fail!
Where’s my rewards?!?
This app stinks! I wish I could give it zero stars! My rewards didn’t transfer and there’s no way to get points in this app! You can’t snap you’re receipt like before. The old app was just fine. Why did you change it?!?!
