Terrible

Sound works intermittently depending on the day. App often down “unavailable”. Very disappointed as it was a selling point to the Cube that I purchased.

Disappointing

Mirroring to tv or playing through Apple play, the videos are sideways if you expand the screen. Otherwise the videos are too small to play on tv. You might as well just play on phone. Also wish the workouts were categorized in some way. They are just all over the map. Very disappointing.

I don’t know how someone got the sound to play- I didn’t hear anything.

Our videos will be muted if the ringer switch is in silent mode. We haven't just reached out to offer that guidance though. We are replying to let you know that our new look New Image Fitness App has been updated and looks amazing but don't take our work for it, why not Reinstall the App and let us know what you think? Not 2 Sure about this one

I love the fact that this portable equipment can do so much...which is one of the reason why I purchase this in the first place. Now, my problem is with this App. Works perfectly on my XR IPhone...which is a small screen compared to my iPad screen...which it’s compatible with both these devices. When trying to open it (after I’ve entered my email and password. I keep getting JSON could not be serialized because of error: The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in correct format. Can somebody please tell be why this is happening. It would be great to do this workout and a bigger screen, other than my iPhone. And, it’s such a shame that this won’t work on my Apple laptop. There is no help area on the App it’s self. Which is why I’m here looking for some answers. I would love to give this a higher rate...but, at the moment, it’s impossible if I open this on a bigger screen.

Please, can someone help with this problem😢?

Apologies Oloks, when you left your review for us back in April 2020, the App had a couple of issues that needed ironing out. We went back to basics and took advice from our customers and are very pleased with the results. There is sound.

Everyone’s complaining that there isn’t sound but there is. (I have a run down iPhone 8) at first when I downloaded registered and played the first video the music at the beginning worked but instructor talked and I couldn’t hear, I closed the video reopened it and it worked fine. I check 5+ other videos, Zero issues. All sound all working.

Still No Sound :/ Disappointing

I read the review from 6 months ago in thing they must have fixed app volume by now... guess not. Looks like some good workout videos to get me started working out again. Disappointed ☹️

No volume

The Music plays when starting a clases but you connot hear the instructor speak. Disappointed.
