Thanks for your review and comment Tonia itunes setup. With Apple devices, the sound will not play through the speaker if your ringer switch is turned to silent. We just wanted to reach out to you to let you know that we have had some renovation work and that the new look New Image Fitness App is ready and looking better than ever. Hi thankful18. We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the sound quality back in May and apologies for the wait to receive a response. Our videos will be muted if the ringer switch is in silent mode. We haven't just reached out to offer that guidance though. We are replying to let you know that our new look New Image Fitness App has been updated and looks amazing but don't take our work for it, why not Reinstall the App and let us know what you think?
