Pairing & constant account issues
I loved Bryson, bought a 310 way back when the first arrived on scene. Solid device great tool for tracking my rides on two different sized wheel bikes. HRM died after just 6 months, so I got a Wahoo and kept going. August, account mysteriously rejected my password and since then, it’s been nothing but grief, no ability to pair with any device or more than one session, app continually forgets my password. Press forgot password sends me down a rabbit hole where no matter what simple or complex password that is entered on the site works. Put a battery back in my 9 year old Carey’s Padrone and wow, it just works!

Altitude data?
I’ve been using this for about 3 years and it works well for me. However since the last update the altitude info is missing, not just on new trips but also on all the previous records. It would be good if this could be checked out.
Worked briefly with Strava
First couple of rides automatically synced with Strava now it won’t at all despite signing in and out a few times.
Doesn’t work at all
When you register an account no confirmation is ever sent. Pressing ‘Re-send confirmation’ just results in a message that says ‘Please try again in 10 minutes’. If you wait 10 minutes and try again, the same thing happens. Considering many features of my aero60 depend on the app working, I feel like I was cheated out of my money. Shame on you Bryton. Spend the extra money on a wahoo. Those just work.

You get what you pay for.
My rider 410 worked fairly well and only crashed rarely. Since the most recent update it has now crashed twice. Seems to happen when the device pauses during a ride, it never resumesand I have to reboot the device. Frustrating
No Support
I would give this zero stars if I could. The update wiped out my account and I cannot get any assistance from Support. They said they are “backed up”. I will probably return my Bryton device since it is pretty useless without a working app.
Just Horrid!
The Rider 15 works a treat but this terribly designed app will make me soon go to a much friendlier easier to upload device! *garmin*. This app constantly freezes and crashes like no other app I’ve used before. It’s making it impossible to upload any rides that I do to my phone. You would think this brand would employ a certain level of skill to improve and maintain this app but I don’t think it will happen.

Device not pairing
Was super excited when I got my Rider 320 but was disappointed when it stopped pairing with the app. When I first downloaded the app I was able to pair it but then a few hours later it stopped recognizing it so I tried to pair it again. The app recognized but when I tried to tap the green plus sign to pair a loading symbol comes up and the app gets stuck and just says it’s loading forever. I’ve tried restarting everything and re-downloading the app but it’s still not working.

It works great!!!!
Please check videos and website there is a lot of information if your activities does not sync via Bluetooth. With the app. There is an easy way to upload an activity that is on the Bryton computer to the PC. I have the 410 and is enough for what I need and works amazing!!!!

No luck with Strava
Auto sync to Strava and manual share doesn’t work. Maybe should of just saved some money and used my wearable Garmin or Iphone.
