Paid in cash snd expected the journey to be priced as per the quote on the app . The driver rounded the fare up so journey was not price expected and cost more .

Rip off! Would be 0 stars if I could. Journey on the app was £7.50 but we were charged a lot more as the driver charged off the meter. Don’t be sucked in by charges that they show on the app. Absolute con. Will not use again.

No point in using this as the taxis are late and you miss your train/business meeting/ drs appointment. The people on the phone are really unhelpful. Drivers are lovely though so they get the one star. App ok humans let it down. The only benefit is you can pay by card.
Fails from the offset
Downloaded the app, tried to sign up and I’m not receiving the SMS to verify myself after multiple attempts. Waste of time.
Its a scam
Its a scam taxi ride was £6 they took £15 with no refund for over charge

It’s excellent app always come and pick me up no matter where I am will always use them trust them with my life the driver are excellent with me
Fraud
Only got 1 taxi through the app and 3 payments came out my account when I only authorised one, you have to call up to get them to check and refund you so they just hope you don’t realise the extra charges.

Been using for a few months switch between Uber and streamline always works and arrives very quickly very good and reliable app.
