Air purifiers always have to be re added

App takes forever to perform actions. Always loses connection to my air purifier. I have 3 and it’s annoying having to reconnect them settings never save, in always trying to get into my air purifier to turn off the bright lights via the app. Wish I just went with dumb air filters instead of having to use a buggy app.

Barely connects and readings are super unreliable

Half the time the device won’t connect. Even when it does the measurement jump drastically one moment to the next. It will be all green and looking good in one minute and switch to deep red and then back.

Because of this I only run it on Silent mode because all the other “auto” modes sudeenly ramp up or down the fan speed. Stupid

I just bought this and all filters are new. So I would expect something more reliable. What’s the point of all this complication?

Worst app I’ve ever used, makes product worse

You can’t change your settings on the product. You need to be LOGGED IN to this app and it’ll first connect to your machine (about 8-10 seconds) and then you can change the settings on your product. Each setting change will take 8-10 seconds to go through the internet and to your air purifier. It’s so annoying.

Literally the single worst app I’ve ever used. Makes me want to throw away my air purifier. So dumb!

Poor design

Terrible experience, perhaps the design engineers did the 737-Max thinking that coding knows better than the live operator … I want simple app controls. if I want the fan on at 2 or 3 then I need a simple way to set that… the idea that the device and app know better what to run at is silly… give me full control over my device!!! And the alerts, starts telling me the pre filter is saturated within 24hrs after cleaning, and my unit is off the entire time, so this must be app timing alerts vs sensor OR app is broken. The unit filtration seems fine, but the app is very sadly lacking… my advice is to buy the basic unit and completely avoid the wifi unit.

Incomplete

Most of the “i” (info) icons take you to a blank page that reads “no content”. Same with the “FAQ”.

The links to buy replacement filters does not take you to the filters for my product.

Other than that, it’s a decent app.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. We submit it to our dedicated team. The Pure Air by Rowenta Team

The app was designed in 2000 not for the user in 2020.

This is way to basic. Slow to get the data. Most of the info are pure text. Seriously? It’s 2020 not 2000
