I ordered a guitar and it actually got 5 days before the estimated date. Also I had some trouble with my guitar a guy named Cory helped me out and I’m so thankful for that guy. BEST APP FOR MUSIC GEAR!
Log in issues
Love Sweetwater, but please fix this app! The log is issue has been ongoing for several months now. This is beyond frustrating. When shopping I want to use the app sometimes for quick things and convenience. I don’t want to have to go to my pc. And it doesn’t work to use a browser on my phone(to tiny) please get this log in issue resolved)

Lost landscape mode on iPad
Can no longer view the app in landscape mode. Restarted my iPad, deleted and reinstalled app, no change. Curiously it acts normally on phone. No other apps doing this. Otherwise think it’s a well-designed shopping experience.
Stopped Working
App stopped allowing me to login several weeks ago. Tech support is looking into it but no update yet.
The app is very basic but I liked being able to quickly and easily order items and see my order history on my iPhone without typing in my login info each time. But now app is unusable.

App constantly says "Bad Gateway", or prevents signing in at all
I have had nothing but problems with this app. It might work for a while, but then will not let me sign into my account. I fill user name and password, hit submit, and it just clears the fields. Sweetwater support just says delete and reinstall the app. What's the point if it's just going to quit working again in a week or two? Fix your app!!!

Portrait mode in Ipad not for me
I find that Ipad apps in portrait mode are more a hassle than they are worth. I am pretty sure that they are written for an IPhone and lazily adapted for the Ipad. Directly accessing the website through Safari is much more convenient, and I don't believe the app has any feature that cannot be used via the website.

Great Company, Terrible App
The only reason for 3 stars is cause I have to split it. The company itself is a solid 5 stars. The app is a dismal 1 star. Doesn’t load correctly, won’t let me log in, won’t keep track of cart, etc. I end up using the website much, much more. Please fix the app issues!
App account login problems
Despite deleting and re-installing the app, and changing my password, I’m still unable to login to my account. There are other gear purchasing apps that are working perfectly fine, so looks like I’ll be moving on. Thank you Sweetwater.

Like many others have and will say, Sweetwater as a company is top notch for musicians. The app is their problem and the only real problem is how laggy it is. It truly does make the experience as if you were using it on an iPhone 4 or something similar. It’s just so unresponsive. Most times I’ll just search on the actual site or other competitor apps like GC or MF for a better experience but I will always only buy from Sweetwater. Still leaves a bad taste in my mouth knowing how great the company is yet they have this massive let down of an app which, let’s face it, is how most people buy stuff now… on apps. Now I know I’m just some random guy ranting but highly suggest that the Sweetwater team fix the issue ASAP. A giant can fall quickly especially if they’re not maintaining a crucial tool in their sales.

The iPhone/iPad App could be great, but it’s not
This company is one of the best in terms of service and deals. I love sweetwater and make a point to visit them when I’m in Fortwayne, IN. They have the best people, deals, location, website, etc. But this app is so lack luster, I use my iPad as my daily driver now. I only us my PC for “heavy lifting”. The ipad app doesn’t support landscape view. If often has issues where it hiccups and I have to restart the app. I’ve noticed they are working on it. But if you want my advise (Honestly I’m just another Joe, trying to make it this crazy world)… but if you want my advise, just use the website on an ipad/iPhone. It’s such a better experience.
